Le minimum serait d'etre reactif quand deja vous n'accordez pas de visite.
Flatlooker, et notamment Lucas qui s'occupait de l'appartement qui m'interessait, a cesse de repondre a mes emails et mes appels telephoniques alors qu'il me devait des reponses quant aux travaux et charges estimees sur l'appartement. Reponses qu'il s'etait par ecrit engage a m'apporter, en demandant au proprietaire.
Service extremement mediocre, car inexistant en realite.

The bare minimum would be to at least be reactive when you don't organize viewings and force tenants to commit financially without actually seeing the flat.
Flatlooker, and more specifically Lucas who was handling the flat we were interested in, stopped responding to our emails and phone calls even though he owed me answers on a few questions related to the ongoing construction work and monthly charges of the flat. Answers that he committed in writing to finding out from the owner.
Extremely poor service, since it was non existant.

Flatlooker is not to recommend, we went through the apartment together at my departure and everything was fine and we all signed l'etat des lieux. More than a month later they still deducted money from my deposit even though the had confirmed that everything was in order. They refuse to speak English even though they are an international agency.

Flatlooker agency is very professional. Flats shown in there website are much more better when we see it in real. So always anyone can expect better flats from flatlooker.

Great Service! Got an apartment in a few days, staff were all friendly and spoke English.

Staff is not competent, no follow up of clients whatsoever particularly whenever you should expect their professional skills/knowledge. Once you sign your mandate you can forget speaking to someone or getting any reply to your mails. Can’t recommend this company to manage your flats. There are plenty of other companies in Paris, pick any of them and they would do a much better job.
