The Engineer turned up a little early for the appointment and politely asked if this was ok. He checked with us before turning anything off to make sure it was ok.
Went about his work efficiently. After completing the tasks he left the area clean and tidy. Gave us a verbal report and completed all paperwork.

From initial call, to works completed and even the after service call were exceptional.

As I had to open up on my time off I was worried that I'd have an entire day taken up by a technician working through our system.

This however was not the case the tech was cheerful and ready to work, He wasted no time in starting work and methodically went through our system.

This started at 9:00 and at 12:30 He was done, certificate sorted and signed for, as far as I concerned that's time well spent.

All arrangements made without any problems.
Engineer arrived on time was given very brief induction and then just got on with the inspection very helpful and knowledgeable when advising about safety relief valve. Once again a very good visit from
Mandate.
