Great service from initial contact at reception all the way thru to Engineer visit. Its very rare these days that people take ownership of clients needs and requirements but Mandate do, I have recommended them to another company.

First time using this company to check our Autoclave. Setting up the appointment took a while, with a few emails on my part. The engineer arrived early for the appointment, was professional and carried out the job in a timely manner. The report was sent quickly via email.

Mandate were really easy to deal with when it came to arranging a site visit. They kept in contact and were very accommodating to us having to wait for time constraints due to school curriculum and school finance.
