Adress Problem - Customer Service drama
They sent me a package with wrong adress ( without flat addition ) what lead to returning the parcel to the sender. After contact, I heard that there is some problem with sending packages to adress with an letter addition ( already a joke, why the did not inform ealier ). So I provided them 2 solutions:
pick up point or my friends adress which is not containing any addition.. After that they said they cannot do anything with this package anymore and if I want to order it to my friends adress I have to make order once more.. My funds will be transfered to my bank account after the package is returned and takes some days.. BIG JOKE

No opportunity to cancel or revise…
No opportunity to cancel or revise order after placing it. There needs to be an opportunity to cancel at least for a couple of hours as goods don't get shipped for a couple of days.

Their delivery was fast but when I try returning it. It was a whole different story. When you try to pay and process your return, you can be at the site for a whole hour but nothing happens.
