I am Kashmiri Gogna and I have been to Marks and Spenser Owlcotes, Pudsey, Leeds, for my eyes sight check up. What a fantastic service I got right from Raj, Trish and David an optometrist, was unbelievable. Very honest, time was not spared to check the eye’s condition to eyes sight test. It was not done in a rush like franchise retailers do.David explained to me the tests in details and given me his honest advice. Definitely I will use M&S in future and would recommend to others. A considerable difference will be noticed between M&S optician and franchise retailers. All the best to David, Trish and Raj.

Nice staff . Good products, but did have to wait a while for glasses to turn up !

Staff at the Metro Centre Gateshead are very professional and helpful

Arrived 5 minutes early for my pre-booked appointment only to find they had given my slot away to a lady who had just turned up ad hoc. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. To make it worse it was myself that had to leave, not the lady who took my place without any appointment. If they can't get the basics right that is a major concern. ADDED: Yu have just asked me to contact customer care - i did that a week ago and havent heaard a thing. Useless!!

Had a sight test today and really professional service. Have a complicated eye medical history and the optician Natalie and her team especially Bethany spent far longer than an average appointment time examining me and discussing options.
Had a hearing appointment with Lisa in November and that was great too. Had been a customer elsewhere but the hearing aids I previously used never really suited. The ones I’m wearing now from M&S are superb and have added a great deal of quality to my life.

Everyone was on time and very professional.Area was clean and tidy .Glass frames were reasonably priced with one half price with a full priced purchased

Excellent service from all staff at The Willows Torbay for my sight test. Very professional putting you at ease, with all aspects.
Much better service here than other opticians, I have previously been too. Not rushed at all.
Was even given a free hearing test at the same time. Looking forward to getting my new glasses 🤓

The staff at M&S Vanguard were extremely friendly and efficient. They made us feel at ease and the experience pleasant. Would highly recommend.

The team at opticians' at M&S were great. They had modern equipment, appeared and acted very professionally and delivered exactly what they promised. The prices were reasonable too.

Booked online a next day eye test appointment with ease. Attended to on time and my glasses actually took less time to be ready for collection than I expected so that was a bonus for me. Professional staff all round.

Plymouth store staff are fabulous. This is the third time in a row I’ve used them and they are so approachable and professional. I have three new pairs of glasses and had loads of compliments on them, many thanks again!

This is my second review I have had my new glasses for a 6 weeks and I'm very pleased with them. They fit really well and are very comfortable. The staff member who fitted them for me was friendly and helpful. I cannot fault the staff they are very professional.
I have marked my glasses down as they were the most expensive I have ever bought and I have been wearing glasses for many years. I will go back to them when my next eye appointment is due but will have to think carefully about the cost of new glasses

Sofyan is a great member of the team. He took extreme care and time to help choose my frames and lenses. Could not have been any more caring.
