Good prices but disappointing service
Disappointing. Wide selection at good prices, however not without problems. The vacuum sealed coffee I ordered arrived not opened but certainly not vacuum sealed. They must have known because there was also an additional package of a different kind of coffee (one I neither wanted nor ordered). In addition, it was packed with the long pasta packages on the bottom, with a larger glass jar placed directly on top, thus breaking much of the pasta underneath. A pity because of wide selection but poorly handled with no apparent care.

Great quality salted capers
It's so difficult to buy salted capers in the UK. These are great and perfect for so many dishes that require a punchy caper hit. They are keenly priced, arrived really quickly and were well packaged.

Great products, honest prices and customer service that really makes a difference.
I’ve been very happy with Mangia e Bevi. The products are excellent quality, the prices are fair, and the customer service has always been friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues.
The only area that could be improved is the packaging and delivery process. A little more care with packaging would help ensure orders arrive in perfect condition.
Overall, a great company that I would happily recommend, and I will continue ordering from them.

I would like to update the review I wrote earlier. I was contacted by the staff at Mangia & Bevi, and they assured me that I would receive a refund, which they promptly processed. They also promised to improve the packaging and shipping of their products, especially the olive oil. This makes me very happy because I would like to continue purchasing their products, as they are of the highest quality.
