This company claims they are based in New York, yet this bra shipped from China in a dirty, cheap bag without a packing slip. The website asked for American sizing and so I put my usual size that I buy at literally any other store, 34C. The bra is super cheaply made and the cups are definitely not big enough for a C cup, maybe they could fit an A. The band size on the tag is in Chinese measurements as well, saying 73-77 cm and when I used an actual tape it measured out to 67 cm. In short, never trust social media ads. I asked to return for a refund and customer service offered a 30% refund without the return, but if I wanted a full refund I'd have to ship the bra back at my own cost in the original packaging. This company is a joke, with no integrity.

This bra is an absolute joke. The cups literally ROLL DOWN to completely under my boobs. Wouldn’t even stay up with sticky tape. NO support. The band that clips in the front makes the rolling worse. I can’t even describe how horrible it is. The people who advertise this should be sued for false claims about a product. I am beyond mad I wasted my money on this literal trash, and I’m sure it’s going to be impossible to get my money back. In the trash it goes.

I purchased the bra and paid for it 9 months ago. They said they had computer issues then and wanted the order number. I ordered through PayPal and they will not do anything because it has been too long. I have sent several e-mails just wanting what I paid for. Nothing...No credit....No bra. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The website said they were based out of New York. So I thought, ok cool (seems legit, right?), WRONG. I ordered two, spending about a total of about $50-$60..and when I got the shipping info I saw they were coming straight from China. It took me about two months to get them and they are sooo small and sooo flimsy. They’re is ZERO SUPPORT. The strap that goes around my back is tighter (and it’s sooo uncomfortable) than the strap across the front that’s supposed to offer the “lift and more support” (it’s so loose - it literally is just there for looks). I’m so disappointed in myself for this purchase. Next time I’ll do research on a company/product before just making a purchase. When I reached out to them to customer service to tell them that they didn’t fit and ask for my money back, I got ZERO RESPONSE. So this review isn’t even worth one star… its worth ZERO STARS, which is what I would give them if I could.

If I could give this a 0 I would, this crap does not work for big chest women. It does everything that they it says it doesn’t do. This bra is for the itty bitty titty committee!! I said what I said!!!

Absolutely horrible , this is a scam they wanted me to pay for two bras that they sent me the first one I waiting 2 months to get and then it wasn’t even the correct size , and then the second one finally came and this was even smaller than the first one which doesn’t make ANYYYYY sense , told em the first one was way tooo small n they told me they had a better size and as a joke sent a SMALLLER ONE ? 👀 then I ask for a refund , and they’re like ok but only 20 percent and u can keep the 2 we sent you. Like really what am I going to do with two bras that are completely NOT MY SIZE . and they won’t even prepay for a postage so u can mail em back they wanna charge you to mail it back to them also. Please save your money and just deal with your bras having the straps because these people are scamming out here . SMH

Do not buy this crappy bra! Why didn’t I see all these reviews before buying this bra? Waited over 2 months for my order with no updates from company. At that point I realized this company was shipping from China and was probably gonna be disappointed. Finally, the bra came and right away I realized the measurements are off. I ordered up to a 36 E even though I’m a 34DD because my sister bought from MangoLift and said the bra was so small. Oddly enough, the back fits big and the cup super small. The cups are so padded and the sides have poorly made structure so there’s no real support . No instructions in package, no return info either. This bra sucks!! Just happy I only ordered 1.

I wish there was zero star ... not worth the one star.

I ordered the bra and after about 4months, it arrived but fabric quality was poor, sizing was incorrect. It was an absolute waste of money.

I requested a refund and was asked to provide my metric measurement for the right size to be shipped to me. This was December 21st, 2020, I am still waiting after almost 7months.

Total scam, DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY!!! Took 3 months to come in, zero support. It is nothing like you see on their site, it flops down and supports nothing. I ordered a 34C which was insanely small so I would have needed to size up 3 or 4 sizes for it work out. Terrible purchase.

I ordered a bra for a wedding and it took over a month to receive so I didn’t even get it before the wedding. Once the bra arrived, it didn’t fit right or have any support. It would just flop over and not stay up at all. I went online to put in for a return, but my bra hadn’t come with any of the paperwork they said it should’ve to return. I had to go in and put in my order number to process the return and was told that the order number was not valid and couldn’t do it that way either. I ended up finding the address to return it to for a refund and just left a note in the package. A family member ended up sending the package back for me because I wasn’t able to get to the post office that week due to my work schedule and the bra had to be returned within 45 days of purchase, remember it took over a month to receive it in the first place. I waited several months and never saw the refund on my account. I decided to email and ask about this. Now they are asking about the tracking number to verify that I sent it back. I sent it over two months ago and had to pay for tracking again, but my family member that mailed it back never gave me the tracking number and can’t find it. This company is a joke and makes you jump through many hoops for nothing. Needless to say I never received my refund and the company has been less than helpful.

Took almost a month to get here with vague af shipping updates and only came with one strap. The bra itself is mediocre and not worth the money when you can get it elsewhere for cheaper and the same quality. The second strap that goes underneath does absolutely nothing and the cups came in shaped weird. Only upside is that it stays put more than others.

This company is also operating under the name Flirtiva which is selling the exact same bra that can be purchased off AliExpress for $3.00. Flirtiva also has the exact same contact email address, website FAQ, PayPal company, and ZERO social media presence. Who knows how many other websites Nymbus LLC is selling the same product under (which is pretty smart to keep making new websites in order to avoid having potential consumers find bad reviews). I have opened a dispute with PayPal regarding the company and product as I ordered it almost a month ago and it has not yet arrived (shipping from China despite website claiming New York-based). Had I known that it was shipping from outside of the US, I would have never purchased it as Asian sizing is usually off and runs extremely small. I already know that the bra I purchased is not going to fit even if I do wind up receiving it.

I waited over a month to finally get the bras and when I got them realized they were not what I had thought. They had came from China even though I thought they were coming from New York??? Super disappointed!!!! Bras didn’t fit like I had seen and cups are shaped very odd!!!!! I attempted to contact costumer service to initiate a return and refund because literally nowhere can you find the info to make a return. I sent a few emails trying to inquire how to get a refund and never heard from them so I opened a PayPal dispute since that’s how I paid for it. That’s when I finally heard from their costumer service department. They have been trying to negotiate with me to keep the bras for partial refund or let them send me more bras in a different size when all I want is to return these bras and get my money back !!It’s been going on for over a couple weeks now. It’s absolutely ridiculous and a huge scam. Do not buy!!! The bras take forever to get to you, then you get them and they are not flattering at all, then you try to contact costumer service to just simply return or get a refund and nobody gets with you until you open s dispute. All I wanted was to return these bras because I will never wear them and get my money back!!! This company is definitely lacking in costumer service and are not trying to give you a refund!!!! Just wanted to warn others before it’s too late!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It does not look nor fit how it looks like it should as described on the website. The strap in front is not tight enough to give any push up. The cups are shaped very oddly. I have been going back and forth with a “customer care specialist” for over a week not giving me the ring around and saying whatever they can to not have to refund me for this awful product and will not send me a shipping return label when I have asked about 3 times already. This will be a waste of money, just don’t buy this product.

Scam! Do not purchase. All advertising and 5 star reviews are a lie. It took about 2 months to receive and when it did, i thought it was a joke. EXTREMELY SMALL CUP AND THE WORST QUALITY. They also do not offer refunds, and will ignore your request for money back. DO NOT BUY!!! SCAM!!

I purchased two of the luxelift mangolift bras, and when they arrived, I literally thought I was being pranked. The cup size was minuscule despite ordering my measured size (34C). These bras fit like a 32A. The material is the flimsiest material and would have zero support. This company is such a scam. Then they make it SO HARD to return the items. I had to keep going back and forth with them and they just kept trying to get me to keep them even though I told them several times I did not want them. Then, of course, they don't pay for return shipping and I don't get the original shipping cost refunded. DO NOT BUY THESE BRAS!

If I could give this no stars, I would. After I placed my order, I waited nearly a month before contacting customer service because I never received the product but my account was charged. It ironically shipped that day & I got an email about COVID delays. I then received the product (from China) and it’s a total scam. There is no way this product works for any size breasts. I then contacted customer service again to initiate a refund. They have been trying to negotiate with me to keep the bra for partial refunds. It’s been going on for a week now. It’s absolutely ridiculous & a huge scam. Do not buy!

Product is GARBAGE! It’s very thin, cheaply made, and provides no support.

After seeing the videos and a product showing girls with even larger breast wearing this strapless bra I decided to try it. I waited a very long time for this to be shipped. Once I received it I was immediately disappointed. the product was very cheap and did not support my size 34DDD. The stays on the side were not sewn in correctly and were bubbled out where it should have been smooth. What a misleading advertisement. Lesson learned. :(
