Do not waste your time

Do not waste your time. This bra is a joke. The D cup size might have been an A and the strap that came around the front was actually loose. I am now trying to return it and they have no record of my purchase and the bra arrived with no paperwork.

Awful.

I wish I could give them a 0 honestly. I waited two months for the first order. It was NO where near the correct size. So I reached out and they offered to replace - I hesitantly accepted. Waited almost another month for the replacements and STILL the total wrong size. So I asked for a refund and I was offered 20%. 20%! For now MONTHS of time wasted you wanna offer me 20%? If I returned the items and paid shipping for them I get the full refund. It’s a freaking joke. Run far away and do not order!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I have been told SEVERAL TIMES, my order was arriving. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT AFTER MONTHS OF WAITING!!
Currently working with my bank to get my money back!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND HASSLE!! THE EMAILS ARE JUST LIES!!!!!!

*UPDATE* After waiting for MONTHS to receive this item...it was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! It's VERY CHEAPLY MADE, AND A WASTE OF MONEY! I received only one strap for the bra!! I have found better quality bras at Walmart!! Again...save your money!! This bra is a piece of crap!!!!!

Not worth the buy at all!!!

Not worth the buy at all!!!! Took over a month for me to receive bra. Bra is not true to size way to small for me and made very cheap! Walmart brand bra is much better quality ! I am very sad I was excited when I first ordered and very disappointed with the quality and how long it took to receive bra . I can not wear it due to it being so small...

If I could give it zero stars I would

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered three bras. Started off with two, then was offered an even better deal to add a third - and I fell for it. This was almost 2 months ago and I’ve still not received them. When I emailed inquiring I was given a phony tracking # and told it was on its way, and that was about two weeks ago. Do not fall for this scam company! I’m reading other reviews by a few people who did actually finally receive them - and they are junk.

No tracking, no customer service, wrong size.

Absolutely terrible. I placed my order on April 22nd, and NEVER received any confirmation email or tracking information, even after attempting to email the company, with no response. I ordered two bras, easily paying over $60, and they arrived squeezed into the same tiny package, which permanently wrinkled the foam in the cups. The best part? They didn't even send me the correct size. The package was labeled "Small" and that's exactly what I got. I wear a 32B, which is not big at all, but not insanely tiny. I definitely received an A cup for both bras, because somehow my small chest is way too big for both of them. What a disappointment.

"We respond in 24-48 hours." Yeah, right.

This company deserves less than one…

This company deserves less than one star. It is hands-down the WORST bra I’ve ever purchased in my life. It came all scrunched up and distorted, and does not work at all. It made my boobs look weirdly shaped when I tried it on. Please don’t waste your money!

I’d give -5 stars if I could.

Terrible sizing and do not have my size, terrible packaging, and customer service is a joke. Customer service kept trying to convince me to not get a refund. I’d refuse their offer getting my item replaced and ask for a refund. It’s happen 4 times over the course of two and a half weeks because they took so long to respond. When I’m finally able to get a refund I’m not able to get a full refund because the original packaging (which is the only way they told me I could get a refund) was destroyed because it was a plastic bag and they do not provide shipping labels. So it was impossible for me to get a full refund. I paid 35$ plus shipping and only received 8$ back. What a joke.

THE WORST

THE WORST. Ordered from Mangolift Bra via an Instagram link.

This thing has 2 deformed cups of incredibly cheap foam with a normal bra band around it and another loose band that attaches in the front. The cups are TINY. Ill-fitting and unbelievably cheap.

Packaging: Dear God it - It came packaged with the cups flipped inside of each other in a bag THE SIZE OF A SANDWICH BAG - and I'm a DDD cup! The foam was all squished up and now has permanent wrinkles in the foam and still has not regained a normal shape.
DO NOT BUY!

Where’s it at? Idk.

Placed an order on March 23rd and still haven’t received it. I emailed the company and got a response that I shouldn’t be concerned that the tracking info is not updated that it is just because the package hasn’t been scanned in awhile at UPS. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. These 5 star reviews and comments are clearly fake reviews. Working in retail, I know how this game works. ;) I’ve just accepted that I’ve been scammed and not going to sweat it. Hope someone reads this and chooses to not purchase from them. You’ll spend your money and won’t even receive it.

Never received my order

I placed my order back on March 27th, 2021 and still don’t have my item. I have reached out to them several times and they refuse to refund my money. They just keep saying the item is on the way and I need to be patient. I would not recommend them at all.

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT!

After seeing a number of adds with supposed “customer review” videos for this bra on Facebook and Instagram, I was very excited to try it for a wedding I will be in on May 15. I wanted to be sure to order it ahead of time in case it didn’t work out, so I placed my order on April 2. On April 4, I received a confirmation email and a link to track the shipping which showed that my package had been shipped from China. I had not realized it would be shipping from so far (I live in the US) because the shipping information at checkout simply said “standard shipping” which I had assumed meant 7-14 days as it typically does in the US. When I realized it was shipping from so far away, I was frustrated, but waited patiently for my package for several WEEKS without receiving any kind of update. Concerned, I checked my tracking information again to see what progress my package had made and how much longer I could expect to wait. I was extremely frustrated to find that there was no up-to-date tracking information and that the latest “update” still said April 4 (at this point i believe it was April 30). I sent a strongly worded email informing the customer service at LuxeLift of my extreme frustration and demanding to know what had happened to my package. I received an email in response that simply said “sorry about that. here’s the latest tracking information” with a link to the SAME out of date info from April 4. I waited a few more days, continuously checking the tracking information only to see the same old info. Furious at this point, I sent a downright angry email informing their customer service that it had been OVER A MONTH and I still had not received my bra, which I need for an event, demanding a full refund and an apology. They replied yesterday, May 9, with “we’re sorry you’re frustrated but we are not able to issue a refund since it is already in transit. I have gone ahead and expedited your shipping so that it should arrive in 6-14 days. At that point, you can look at our return policy and send it back for a refund”. I do not have time for this crap (I was going to use stronger language but it was censored 🙃). I am frankly shocked by the extreme lack of basic professionalism and respect that LuxeLift has for its customers. They have my money and I have no product and STILL NO TRACKING INFORMATION!!! How am I to know that this mythical package is in transit at all? DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!
