Such big difference from my previous experience from Pickles. Nothing was stolen from the car. The car arrived in Brisbane without dents & scratches. On the phone service was great. I was treated like customer not a intruder. Thank you Manheim!

We have just sold our vehicle through Manheim and found it to be a very quick and easy process. Suzanna who visited us and dealt with the sale was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. Would not hesitate to use Manheim again in the future.

The team at Manheim Townsville always go above and beyond to help when purchasing vehicles. They have also assisted with selling vehicles and once again they make sure to keep me posted on the progress of the sales.

Manheim altona north is the worst and the rudest people you can deal with especially Karen and the front desk, as I’m a car dealer and have been dealing with car auctions for the past 15 years I’ve never experienced this type of poor customer service, Karen she’s very rude to talk to and she straight away take the can’t help you side even if she can but will never try, and the front desk I have called to check on our payment if it went through to send our tow truck for pickup she was very rude saying we are flood out and wait for your zero balance email and she hanged up on me, never buying from Manheim again .

Straightforward and honest experience with Manheim representative Sakher Sboul. Efficient and friendly explaining the way it worked as he went through the process. A very good experience with Sakher who made it a pleasant process from start to finish.

The description of the vehicle should be explained better eg last registered state so everyone knows what is involved with registering said vehicle in a different state

Scraped together $2500 to purchase an air compressor from Manheim to start a new business but it was delivered broken and unusable. On there website they said it was in working order and still being used up to the point of sale. Manheim will not answer my calls or return my emails. This has broken me financially. Trying to get legal help to fight this big company. Steven Wayne

Always great to deal with, apart from suspending my account for nearly a year, for one mistake of not going ahead with a sale, even though I have purchased 6 or so vehicles.

I find Manheim auctions to be better than there revival auction house in Melbourne.
Customer service is far better and very easy for help if there is any problems.

I previously wrote a review for Manheim Ltd which was ok but i need need to retract that review, I went on to have a truly horrible after sale experience with them they failed to notify DVLA of the sale and have comprised me as a result, I've spent hours on the phone with them and written them numerous times and all they ever do is put me on hold for 45 mins then when they eventually return to the call they say sorry we cant help you, its an absolute joke. My advice is be very careful with this outfit and use an alternative if you can.

Dale Scott and Stefan Lancaster, would do anything to keep a customer happy, credit to Manheim, brilliant men, who you should not lose :)

There are great things about manheim, have bought a few cars and been happy, more information on the cars themselves would be helpful though.

I would like to thank Hayley, Mark, Laura, Mandy and the rest of the Manheim team who are wonderful people to deal with. Any issues faced are dealt with in a fair and timely manner. I have faced a few issues lately with some purchases made however the Manheim team honestly went above and beyond what most other companies would and made my life a lot easier.

We have bought a number of vehicles through these auctions in the past and more recently (due to our relocation away from auction centres) we have bought vehicles sight unseen and based on provided reports To date we have always received what we expected. We have only bought ex-government vehicles in the hope that they have been serviced and cared for appropriately. The 3-month statutory warranty also gives us peace of mind.
