i love it i am new and bcuz oi this place im rich in tf2!

Had an item listed for sale. They deleted it.

After leaving an unusual TF2 hat listed for sale they delisted the sale after a while, no bother. The part that's bad is after they delisted it I decided to leave the hat in my site inventory to relist at some point in the future. I forgot about it for a while and logged back into the site to find they had PERMANENTLY deleted it.

They had sent me messages on the site to inform me of this, but as I hadn't logged in for a while I hadn't seen them.

For a company that regularly deals in such items I would've imagined they would be able to deal with such situations better. They had my email address and my Steam account and a message to either of them would've been more than enough to actually get in touch with me rather than messaging me ONLY a site that there was no guarantee I would check.

This complaint only applies to people planning to sell on the site but it is deeply disappointing that the only avenue they would try to contact me through would be their own website, especially when other means are available.

Website is fine for buyers, would never recommend to people planning to sell, just sell it yourself.

0/10 won't be back.

My account was banned for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON, and they're refusing to explain why!
I had over $100 in purchases before they hit me with this ban which btw isn't justified in any shape or form, I've never scammed anybody, I don't even know why they banned my account, I had my last purchase went MIA and next time I checked the website my account was banned.

You guys will be receiving a GDPR req soon! let's see what kind of info MannCo stores and why they suddenly decided to ban me.

I've been using this for over a year now for TF2 items, whether it's $2 purchases or $300 purchases, it's very reliable and they have good customer service in case trades don't initially get sent. Very easy to use for selling items and buying. I would probably recommend this rather than other TF2 item stores because of how in-touch they are with their customers

Endless refunds, account freezes. I highly DO NOT recommend this company for business or any other dealings.

Best prices, no additional tax to pay and if you're using crypto it just works every time.

No KYC, no ID verification just add to cart, pay with crypto (I used btc and paid ~1.5% fee per transaction which is pretty low imo). It takes 10-20 minutes to process and boom your items are in your inventory (or you are refunded the order value to your balance if the items you were trying to buy sold during that 10-20 minutes)

Trades are sometimes broken up like 100 keys might come from 10 different bots but apart from that no complaints.

Seller fees seem super reasonable as well (Selling keys at $1.75 would net you $1.66 after fees which is crazy low seller fee imo)

Have not tried selling or cashing out but the buyer experience with crypto is beyond solid. 5 stars

Unacceptably long wait times for "verification." And when you reach out for information, they cancel your order instead. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Don't bother.

the 24h waiting periods after a purchase to verify it are insane, also there is a 50/50 chance a trade fails for no reason and it will put you on another 24h cooldown

I am still waiting for TF2 keys for 12 days, not worth buying here.
