my 2nd time buying from them its been 25 hours and i have not received my items, and the first time i bought something it and contacted support it took them ages to get back to me, when you buy something it tells you about the 24h since it needs to be reviewed by staff, this is my second time buying something and its been 25 hours i don't have my items!! do i need to contact support every time i buy something so it wouldn't take more than 24 hours this is absolutely ridiculous.
edit i have received my items after 26 hours.
it still shouldn't take this long but I'll give them credit where credit is due the trading bot (steam trade) is extremely fast

By far the worst website I've ever seen.
1: Searching does not work.
2: Add to cart button does nothing 3/4 of the time.
3: The prices are way higher than they are on competitors websites.
4: Added items sometimes does not show up in the cart, the count and price updates but there is no item in the cart.
What a terrible website.

Currently been waiting days to be able to cash out a good amount of my inventory for emergency funds. Company makes it super easy to purchase from others, but impossible to quickly cash out without paying at least half your earnings in fees...

Good suggestion, which we've discussed on several occasion, however, we've come to the conclusion that it'd clog up a lot on busy hours, which could cause major delays and/or error.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this site's proven to be extremely reliable with the handful of transactions I've made over the span of a month. Everything was delivered within seconds after processing my payment, and only 1 item out of roughly 30 didn't send immediately, to which there was a button for me to resend the bot's trade offer and it came through right after I clicked it.
