James and the team at Manny & Me were brilliant - we can't recommend them enough. We had quite niche requirements however James was more than flexible and was able to quickly identify the perfect candidate for us - the service throughout was very professional and efficient, yet tailored to our needs.

Manny & Me helped me find a nanny position for the summer holidays. Even though I had few requirements, such as specific dates I was available, location, ages etc, James found me a lovely family and had a great experience with them. He also made sure to check on me during the job dates to see how everything was going which was very thoughtful. The interview and the registration were fast and easy, as well as the communication with them, as they would answer emails or messages very fast. I would highly recommend Manny & Me!

James was extremely helpful and understanding to our circumstances and the type of manny we were looking for and he managed to find us a perfect fit! Our manny has not only seamlessly fitted into our lives but is an incredible cook, helps out with our dog and has patience and creative ideas of how to approach our sons. We have worked with James for several years now and he's helped source wonderful male and female nanny's for our kids (ages 3, 8, 12). Always diligent with vetting candidates and his background in education as a teacher in London an added bonus when helping us find the right person that fitted our needs.

We were recommended Manny & Me by a friend and we are extremely satisfied with the impeccable and professional service James provided. Our experience of Manny and Me was excellent. James totally understood our brief and made sure that the recruitment process for a nanny was professional and safe.

We had never employed someone to look after our son before and were a bit cautious, but James stayed in touch throughout the process and helped us appoint someone who really exceeded all our expectations (... she was a trained and very experienced EYFS teacher and, as it happened, also a trained chef; she awakened in our son a love of drawing, sports and even phonics!). We still work with her now and hope to continue doing so in the future.

We have used Manny & Me for a full-time manny and also holiday cover over the summer and both were 10/10 matches. My brief was followed to the letter, the agency’s response was quick and discerning. In both cases I was only sent one CV but their interview technique for potential candidates is obviously so thorough and astute that that’s all I needed. Both were offered jobs on the spot and both have been a huge success with my son, their charge, but also the rest of the family. No hesitation to recommend Manny & Me 100%.

I work for a production company and assist A List Directors from all over the world. This summer we used Manny & Me to find a Manny to look after two boys while their father was in the UK filming. The whole process was flawless and we found an incredible Manny to help look after the Director's two boys over the summer - the company's approach is fantastic and they had a fantastic selection of Mannys available.
