Electro-Voice EVERSE 12 – Versatile, Clear, and Easy to Control I’ve found the EVERSE 12 to be a very versatile speaker for smaller shows. For solo acoustic gigs it’s crystal clear, and I can plug a vocal mic and an acoustic guitar straight into the rear inputs and use the onboard effects. I also run background music via Bluetooth and control the built-in mixer with the EV app on my phone—it’s intuitive and very easy to use. It also doubles perfectly as a foldback wedge when I’m using my bigger rig; paired with my EV Evolve 50 system it works brilliantly as a monitor. A really nice short scale bass.Light weight with nice warm tone.Shape is a genuine classic but tends to get a bit uncomfortable playing sitting for extended periods of time.All in all a delightful bass with a beautiful finish
