I bought a shower enclosure from…

I bought a shower enclosure from Manomano (the seller is AICA) because I trusted their reputation and my own experience. However, I need to return the screen because it does not meet my needs. Both Manomano and AICA have abandoned me in this process. They don't help you with the return if you need it. They even told me to find a carrier and pay the shipping costs, which is almost more than the price of the screen. This happened within the 14-day period of the right of withdrawal established by Law 3/2014 of 27 March 2014, on Contracts of Sale and Consumer Services. I feel deceived. The information on the website about refunds is misleading. Both Manomano and AICA have a bad customer service attitude and a misleading policy.
I wouldn't buy from them. They look for problems and don't help.

Fraud with warranty

This company commits fraud with their warranty. I had a really bad experience with this company after buying an outdoor furniture cover. The cover started to rip within the first year, and even though we fixed it ourselves, it was completely torn and unusable by about a year and a half later after purchase.

When I reached out to the company 1 year and 8 months after purchase, I was very disappointed. Before I contacted them I checked the warranty period for my product. I was relieved to read on their website that the product had a four-year warranty. But when I contacted them, the company told me that the product had only 1 year warranty. Mysteriously, the website was changed right after I contacted them to, indeed, 1 year warranty. I have a screenshot showing the four-year warranty from right before I contacted them, but they ignored this and wouldn’t help me. I feel completely scammed.

I also pointed out that even if they changed their warranty period, the obligated minimum warranty period by EU law is 2 years. Which means I would still have a right of warranty. However they ignored this fact too and still wouldn't help.

Very poor manufacturing!

I purchased a set of drawers unfortunately due to the factory process these drawers would not assemble properly due to a faulty panel.
I got in touch with Mano mano who directed me back to the manufacturer, they sent a replacement, but when it arrived it was damaged.

I have had to go back to the manufacturer again, with photos of the damage.
I am now left with a chest of drawers with a drawer missing.
Poor manufacturing and poor customer service.
DO NOT USE MANO MANO! very poor products!

Ordered a shower cubicle

Ordered a shower cubicle, it didn't arrive, after a week I contacted the company who said it would be delivered next day. After a week it still hadn't arrived. I cancelled the order and despite many emails I still haven't had my refund 2 weeks later

I purchased two led ceiling lights…

I purchased two led ceiling lights September 2023 and was very pleased with them looked beautiful up , The only problem is they have both stopped working one 2 wks ago and 1 today I have e mailed the company a couple of times but no reply at all , surely they should have worked longer than that

very bad experience they are not…

very bad experience they are not forfesional
M240167858793 with viking choice we have received 3 chaires instead of four and now they wont take the order back and will not refund since we have build the chaire but we did not know that one chair is missing.
we have 3 companies which bought over a 200.000 euros ordered and look how they treat thier clientes.
please don t buy throuw Mano Mano we are colsing out colaboration with them

Manomano.es is a fraudulent company

Transaction Nr.113598794 Manomano.es is a fraudulent company. They are hard to reach for complaints, forward you to their business partners.
I (&my partner) orderd broomsticks. They just sent half of the order, approximately 1 month later then announced, they claimed the other half of the order was sent and ready to pick up. The pickup station didn't know about the parcel, the parcel number was fake, it didn't exist. Later they said they will refund half of the payment, which I am still waiting for. But charging for the not made shipment anyway.
They should be reported for business crimes. But the hours already spent on trying the understand what's happening are too much already.
So I don't want to spend more time on reporting them for fraud.
Don't order anything from them!
Update: today I received the refund for half of the order. But I still had to pay the full price for the delivery of 13,90
No delivery was ever made or tried at all. We had to pick up the 1st. parcel in Llanera which is 70km away.
And with half of the order I can't do anything since the product was meant for a construction.

Not received my parcel

Not received my parcel, but told it has been delivered, checked my address which is correct, but where is the parcel? Awaiting a reply, they cant tell you something has been delivered when it has not.

i purchased a item from mano mano…

i purchased a item from mano mano .yhis was the first time i used this website. There was a problem with the delivery of the item
the courier couldn't find my address. so had to order the item again from another website as it was for a present . i got a email from mano mano to rate the service i received so i replied explaining i wasn't happy with the service i received and they messaged me back saying they would be hiding my review as they didnt agree with it . i didn't say anything nasty y just what had happened whats the point in asking fo a review if they are going to hide it . I don't think i will be using this website again

did not receive my order, they tried to lie and say they delivered it but when i try and contact explaining that they haven't, they respond with, sorry we do not have the necessary details to move this further. i gave every single detail , scam company
