Unfortunately I was swayed by the price…

Unfortunately I was swayed by the price for this item. When assembling or trying to, the instructions on the box hardly made sense and when I did manage to get poles in the correct position, the poles are so flimsy the whole unit buckles and bends and it is virtually impossible to get the poles lined up Once built, my grandsons put a couple of bits of clothing on hangers on the rails and the whole until promptly fell to pieces. I am going to return and ask for a FULL REFUND I really cannot recommend this product at any cost ! DESPITE MY TRUTHFULLY TELLING THIS COMPANY THAT THE PRODUCT IS USELESS THEY WANT PHOTOGRAPHS OF WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, BUT I HAVE ALREADY BOXED IT UP WITH THE INTENTION OF RETURNING IT, AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME £9.00 POSTAGE BECAUSE I CANNOT SEND PHOTOGRAPHS. THEY ARE BEYOND BELIEF WITH THEIR TRADING PRACTICES AND YET AGAIN AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT BUYING GOODS FROM CHINA IS LIKE. DO NOT USE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY Despite the reply from Mano Mano and their denial of my order, I have spoken to someone there who told me that photographs are necessary which is impossible as items all boxed up to return and building the unit was neigh on impossible. Absolutely rubbish and would not recommend at all to anyone.

Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks. They merely advertise goods and if you have a problem you need to deal direct with the seller who is even a bigger crook in this case Piscinas Decoytec. This company does not send what they advertise but some random alternative which is very different, There after they refuse to return your money.
This is theft !!!!

So they sent this reply that you are absolute top priority and that is the last you hear from them, these Mano Mano guys are crooks, steal your money in return for some junk items which you did not order.

No a good experience,

No a good experience,
Bought a bath from them because it would take too long to come from my usual wholesaler. Supposed to be delivered on the 5th at the latest date it's now the 8th and it's still not even posted. It would of been quicker to order the one from my wholesaler, it's left me in a right pickle with my customer.

I brought a toilet from Mano Mano and…

Mano Mano have responded to say the Seller has sent me a replacement. They told me this over 3 weeks ago and I still have not received anything. Also Mano Mano have been emailing stating they dont know the status of my enquiry and have been asking me what is happening which is ridiculous as Mano Mano have stated they are resolving this but how can they be resolving this when they are not aware of what is happening? I have now requested a refund as placed my order since May and I have tried to resolve this with Mano Mano but I am getting no where and still dont have a toilet that works. So disappointing.

Would not refund and refused to collect…

Would not refund and refused to collect faulty goods so had to get bank involved. Dodgy outfit. Avoid these scammers

If I could give o stars I would. I bought a fountain from them. It cost 1558.90€. Showed as delivered 28 March but only got it today. Sent email to manomano which got directed to Wanda Collection who were the supplier. They have been dealing with the delivery since. One driver arrived today and dropped it outside my house on a pallet. I cannot move it. It was not advertised as being heavy, in fact, there was no mention of weight. I expected it to be unpacked and installed. Contacted Wanda customer service. What a waste of time. Such poor service. Their replies “ Hello
our delivery services include a deposit on the property limit.This means that the driver will leave your fountain at the entrance of your house.” After I replied to say they had not advised of this when I ordered I got the following response “ Good afternoon,
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I take note of your comment to improve our product sheets.
We have not received any message from you about product information where we could have been more available to you: We are sorry for that because the satisfaction of our customers is the priority.
The product has been delivered compliant and as part of a withdrawal, the return costs are the sole responsibility of customer.
Try to see if people around you can help.

Hit and almost always miss

Hit and almost always miss, this company has terrible customer services or assistance, the retailers will send there goods but that's were the help stops, delivery company in spain and mainland Europe is SAUR they are terrible, if you like waiting day after day for no shows this is the company for you, manomano response is it's been sent, be warned terrible way to do business.

Ordered a garden playhouse slide

Ordered a garden playhouse slide, after specking to them saying i didn't want it any more they said wait for the delivery and do not accept it which i did. This has been more then two weeks now with no reply from them when I will recieve my refund. No answer from emails. Just gone missing.Never use this company every again so bad.

Fast reliable service

Fast reliable service, only one negative the plastic handle on the item supplied broke almost imediately and a lightweight metal one would be more pratical.

Do not purchase anything from manomano…

Do not purchase anything from manomano especially if the seller is GALANO. This company has the worst service. Once you purchase the item, they don’t care about customer service or making things right for the customer. My item arrived late, and for the last 3 weeks I have been told that I have to arrange delivery myself. They know very well when you buy a heavy furniture it’s difficult to arrange delivery. The terms and conditions for return are also not easily found on their website, to distract you from this. I have had no choice but to keep this item; but please bear in mind the items sold in manomano are also sold by Debenhams, wayfair, B&Q and many other stores. Do not waste your money or time on this company who only knows to take your money.
