Returned a chain saw to Mano a Mano .fr…

Returned a chain saw to Mano a Mano .fr (in France) only to find their system says “not returned”. Raised issue and was asked to provide “stamped proof of receipt from drop off shop” before they would investigate. No indication with return label this was needed and received email from courier to say item dropped off, but not enough. CONCLUSION THESE PEOPLE ARE ROBBERS.

Am I ever going to receive this order

UPDATE
I did eventually receive the chairs, they are the biggest load of rubbish I've ever had to put together
Not one of the holes lines up, they are an absolute nightmare

Absolutely shocking product

I have been waiting for my order now for 3 weeks
Unfortunately the company I bought it from have used gls for the delivery.
I check the status of my delivery every day and it seems it hasn't even left the gls depot since 12th March.
It was the last due day for delivery yesterday and apparently they couldn't deliver it. I have contacted manomano and gls and I still do not know if I am ever going to receive my order which I need to be able to open my business in the next 2 days.
This is now causing serious stress.
If I just knew my order wasn't going to be delivered I could re order from somewhere else.
I unfortunately wouldn't use mano mano again.

Item was advertised as pre-assembled…

Item was advertised as pre-assembled and came flat packed .
I ordered from them because of pre-assembled false advertising as I'm disabled.
I am furious as they so unhelpful .
Really upset over this misinformation

Shocking company

Shocking company, wouldn’t use again. Ordered a table & dining chairs. Hasn’t arrived and every time I contact them I get rudely told the same thing over & over. They will contact the seller and to allow another 2-3 days. The items have been at my local depot for 5 days with no updates. Going by the reviews here I don’t hold much hope of receiving my items or getting a refund!

I ordered a grohe flush plate

I ordered a grohe flush plate. Expecting to be a genuine product, however it was a fake product shipped from china. No where on their site it mentioned its a fake item… not an original. I would NEVER ever buy from manomano again.

I have not heard anything from this company even after posting here…. Why LIE?? D ratings here are proof that its a company to avoid.

We were sent a company email to sell…

We were sent a company email to sell our products on the ManoMano trade platform. We setup a meeting to discuss the partnership with Clement Chocat, the Business development manager. We had to wait 3 months for a suitable time in his calendar. We gathered all of our team together for the call yet then Clement did not turn up. This is very unprofessional and shows what a disaster this company is

Nothing went right order wrong refused to refund me and seller was email shy and manomano was no help at all In fact blocked my review with photos of missing parts

Bad delivery supplier

My father ordered a table and chairs to be delivered to an elderly friend. The table was stated as delivered in 1-3 working days but took well over 10 days to arrive. And to add to it the delivery driver refused to deliver into the house, dropped outside and drove off leaving an elderly lady to drag the boxes inside. Appalling delivery standards. (The table and chairs are nice).

Excellent product and value for money.

Product received in good condition, including all components and extra screws/bolts. Assembly made easy given clear and comprehensive instruction manual. When assembled measurements exact and compatible with other furniture sold by the company.
