Worse than useless customer service

Still haven’t heard a thing a from either email or from the online chat facility a full day later. Shocking customer service - less than zero!!!
Just what do you have to do to get them to respond?
It’s more than 24 hours since we received this regarding defective pellet stove. Very disappointing to say the least.

DO NOT BUY FROM MANOMANO
Yet again ManoMano fail to deliver my £200 refund despite numerous assurances. Had an email on the 21st October promising the refund will be in my account within 7 days. Predictably NO REFUND.
I’d advise anyone reading this to NEVER EVER use ManoMano, a truly shocking company with equally shocking customer services.
To ManoMano I will continue to leave these reviews until I get my money!

Appalling customer service - defective parts making item unusable

The shoe rack we bought (FSR47-N) came with badly made screws, one of which sheared off during assembly and got stuck in a part, making the entire shoe rack unusable. Our request for a replacement part has so far remained unanswered, and the phone number indicated on the website is out of service.

We are now sitting on an unusable, unassembled shoe rack with no customer service or reimbursement, and Sobuy/ManoMano's customer service claim not to have received the information they request as a precondition to doing anything, although we have sent it to them multiple times, as in the below:
"On 23 October 2022, we bought your Shoe Storage Rack Bench with storage space (FSR47-N) for £69.90 online, from ManoMano UK:
- Order no. M221051129539
- Tracking no. H01PJA0033771899.",
plus three pictures that we sent.

Appalling after-sales service, we do not recommend this company.

Worst place to buy stuff! Order stuff out of stock

Ordered a decoration for my wall and they send me an email that they were out of stock. It was an absolute different email adress and said I should got another website to choose something else. In the end the send me 3 different options which were like 20% smaller and said choose one, I just wanted my money back.

Great customer service

Placed an order and all was well, until I used the tracking link and it had said it had been delivered, I contacted manomano straight away, they were very helpful and resolved the issue promptly, although the issue wasn't with them it was carrier.
One of the members of staff continued to email me and keep me informed of the process.
My product came and I am very pleased with it.

Dreadful company, never again.

Recently renovated a holiday house so needed loads of stuff which I placed orders for. I waited weeks and weeks for deliveries. sometimes I had deliveries thrown over the garden gate and left on the road outside the house, some deliveries were handed to me without asking for proof of purchase and no signature was asked for. I was told that some of the items had been delivered and signed for but received nothing. When I asked for POD the signature wasnt mine and no ID was provided. When I complained I was told that I had to declare in writing that I hadnt received the goods as though I was a liar. In the end I just gave up. It wasnt worth the stress of waiting in day after day and then being told lies to cover for their incompetence, Manomano you can keep the 56 euros for the failed delivery of my sun sail fixing kits. I will never deal with you again and I will tell everyone I know just how useless, you, your supply chain and delivery partners are. Instead I will buy from Leroy Merlin who deliver within days, send delivery notifications and even call to ask for a delivery address pin when they are an hour away so that you can be sure they will deliver to the correct address in that agreed time frame. I will leave one of my order numbers so that you know who I am but there were so many orders that were an issue that I would need an A4 sheet of paper.

Lack of customer service

Useless company when it comes to customer support. I ordered an item to find out after 2 weeks that it does not ship to me. This was only discovered when i checked why my order had not arrived. The shupport then offered me another product which they confirmed shipped to my location, and again on the day it was supposed to arrive I check and it has not shipped. So i ask about the order to be told that they dont ship this item to my location. Also the refunds from this company take a long time to process. more than 2 weeks the last round and now i get to wait again.

Missing goods…

A large and expensive parcel was 'lost' by the courier, part of a set of four. Natalia from customer services has been so very helpful, and tried hard to find it, talking to the seller for me. I am delighted to say that today, the courier has found my parcel, it has taken nearly a month!
I will be very happy to order from ManoMano again, their customer service is excellent.

Mano Mano sent me wrong item

Mano Mano sent me wrong item. I ordered a sink they sent two switches. This has held up my kitchen refit and the contractors are not happy. Mano Mano told be to return the switches. I have to print a label. I don't have a printer. They said they would send the sink when they receive the switches. I cannot delay any longer without a kitchen. I told them to cancel the sink. All the time they act like it was my fault. UPDATE… two weeks later after a lot of emails and me jumping through a lot of hoops they finally said they would send me a refund which is, I believe, being processed.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, poor response, difficult to communicate and buying from mano mano was my biggest mistake. Mano mano have since lost two customers and counting. Boycott mano mano at all costs.

Disgrace of a company !!! DONT buy from them …

Brought a dressing table from these which NEVER turnt up, they blamed it being lost in the post and been chasing them now for over a month for a refund, they said its been refunded which it hasnt as not in my bank now all emails sent are being ignore! Never will i buy from these again and advice anyone else looking at buying with them to not even bother as they take your money and you never get your goods. Disgrace of a company!
