Very angry customer

Recently purchased a double bedstead that was broken and had several missing and wrong parts so I was unable to finish building my bed.
I contacted them via their messaging system and got a response saying I would get a full refund once the item was collected, I have been waiting home all day and no-one has turned up and I have taken the day off work to wait in for my collection
Mano mano when will my item be collected and when will I get my refund ?

Rip off merchants

I bought a gazebo to cover my hot tub last June came with a part missing. I emailed and they responded saying they would send a replacement part. It never arrived. I ended up getting the part made so I could get it up. It cost £299 and lasted 8 months …it rusted practically straight away and collapsed one rainy day. Completely bent beyond repair. I contacted them again twice and was ignored. Not even an acknowledgment. Absolute con…can’t believe they are allowed to advertise 😡

Very disappointed

Had an outside cushion box delivered last week with a part broken. Contacted them by email said it would take 48 hours to get a response,still waiting!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM MANOMANO !!!!!!!

Purchased 2 sinks , 1 broken . Numerous emails ignored , Manomano sent links to return that expire before you can use them . Finally after threatening them , they send details for their courier to collect and THEY DON'T TURN UP TO COLLECT. TOTALLY DISHONEST COMPANY.

This Company was ok 2-3 year ag, and now when the get to Manny clients only problems.

Received second hand item

Just opened my product I received a few days ago to check it worked fine before storing it away for Christmas. The packaging has previously been used as it was ripped and clearly been opened before and taped back together. No instructions inside, looks like my toddler packed it all together, and the metal base has defaults, the pieces won't connect together securely, and is all scuffed where it's been used already and returned. From reading these reviews I won't waste my time trying to return it. It's still usable I guess but definitely not brand new. Don't know how they think they can get away with it.

Have a hottub that worked for all of a week “ took lots of emails to arrange a return of remote ! Can’t call any1 bn advised advisories wfh & no contact number . It was finally agreed the remote cud be returned . Yet again lots of emails sent chasing a replacement “ 4 weeks later guess what the old remote sent back to me ?? Yes the faulty 1 no letter no no just the old remote . I’ve been riped of £400 missold size wise and can’t use remote faulty can’t even get it unlocked to set the temp !! Please give me a contact number to raise a complaint ? I want my ££ back . This is really bad

I have ordered something online

I have ordered something online. And they said my goods arrived. While the first time it didnt arrived because they didnt give me the tracking code. How can you get something when you have no tracking code. The second time dont even respond. They said they sended it out. Its a scam. I want my money back.

No package delivery!!

I keep getting emails to confirm my address for delivery to take place with a link. The link however has nowhere to do this. Thus far the service has been almost non existent. I have been assured that my package will arrive, but promised dates just pass by and still no delivery. Terrible experience and so far nothing to show for my money...
Very unpleasant experience.

Poor returns service

I purchased a garden chair for my stepdaughter after she broke her ankle. I never received a confirmation email but the payment went from my bank. When the chair arrived 4 days later, my stepdaughter said that had collapsed with her in it. As they don't live locally it took a while to get it back. When I did, I wasn't able to log back onto manomano and my requests for a new password weren't responded to. There is no number or email on the site to contact them and I am currently £60 out of pocket :-( I posted on their FB and got a faily quick response via Messenger, which I now wonder if it was automated, as they didn't reply to my reply

I recently bought a high gloss…

I recently bought a high gloss sideboard in april 2022 ,but did not open the parcel as we are redecorating our living room. On the 26 June 2022 ,I opened the parcel which was stored away safely, only to find a corner of one panel crunched in and the glass doors ,shattered. When I contacted the company who sent the parcel,they said because the parcel was not opened within 48 hour and the fact I had it stored away for more than 30days, they could not replace it. (I just want to let the world now I like smashing glass doors and destroying panels,that's why I purchased it.).So, dont be buying anymore goods from this company and where does it say in the small print,Goods must be opened within 48hours. Hope this review is seen by everyone.

Extremely happy with my purchase.

I ordered a Hyundai power yard weeder at a price that could not be beaten elsewhere. The machine only took 7 days to arrive and it was received in perfect condition, although its carton was a little damaged. I will certainly look towards doing business with ManoMano again.

SCAM - AVOID THIS COMPANY

They didn't deliver the sink in time and do not respond to emails requesting a refund.

I purchase many things online from many different companies but this is the first time i have been so massively disappointed. Terrible product (looks awful and terrible quality), terrible service, and border-line criminal as they are stealing your money.

AVOID this company!

Terrible customer service

No follow up or actual customer service.
If you get what you want all is good; if there are any issues then don't expect to get any resolution.
Ordered a mirror which came with non-UK shaver socket and spent a month trying to get a useful response from the supplier and ManoMano, neither came through and don't know what else I can do, will be contacting trading standards.

Extremely disappointing

I ordered a cover for my garden swing and when it arrived it looks nothing like the one advertised on their website. Almost £50.00 down the drain. The delivery time is also horrendous. 🥱🥱

Poor and unreliable firm - AVOID ManoMano

I purchased a woodburning stove from Mano mano and it was delivered with broken glass in the door. Over the past four months I have emailed them five times and received absolutely nothing in response.
They are a seriously poor firm to deal with and I would not recommend them at all. Their customer care is none existent.

Total scam

Total scam. Do not give them your money.
The customer service agents are trained to act as if they care but do not fall for it.
Waiting for a refund for faulty goods for a month and after numerous emails and calls still no close to getting my refund.
They should be exposed in the media.
Total rip off!
