Those guys are clueless. Made an order. Paid. 5 days a bed should have been delivered and yet nothing. They can’t but not answer the calls and with online chatting they just stop responding. Many of their products are sold through others online retailers. My best advise: don’t loose your time and energy with those people.

Don't deserve 1 star but its the lowest rating you can give.
Terrible company to deal with handed the whole problem over to the supplier who we had to deal with direct. Returned goods and took 3 months and a lot of e mails to get refund. Will never deal with this company again, just to much hassle

I made an order which never arrived. I kept asking customer service to locate my order and ask when it would arrive but they kept telling me to rest assured, as my order was on the way. This was about 2 months of being told that it’s coming. I then asked for a full refund after not having the confidence of my order arriving. They told me they would process it but it’s been a few months now and still no information about when I will get a refund. When I ask then when I will get a refund, they tell me that my refund is with the right department and all will happen in due course. I made the order in November 2021 and it is now April 2022 and I have not yet heard when I will get my refund. The customer service people I talk to are very nice but very restrictive with the information they give me and I have lost all faith I will ever get my refund back. I would recommend anyone not to shop from this online store, just in case you have the same issues as me.

I wish I had read these reviews before spending £667.78. Order furnature on 9th March promised delivery by 15th-17th March I stayed in for 3 days off work, using my holiday. The tracking system is absolutely hopeless. It was my 60th birthday on the 17th March and arranged small party sitting on new furniture had to cancel. I have spoken to Mano Mano and they just keep referring me back to Red Deco. My goods are still in France even today 22 March. I have ask for a full refund at least 6 times and I’m just fobbed off they don’t appear to listen. I have asked to speak to a manager never one available and pushed back to speak to Red Deco. This company is awful my contract is with Mano Mano not Red Deco. I’m so fed up I will never use this unprofessional, useless company again, I have sent so may emails saying PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered an 80cm circular mirror for £45 which seemed like a great deal, except it arrived smashed to bits. I contacted customer services who had a new one sent to me within a couple of days... but this one was also smashed. They have offered to send another, but there doesn't seem to be any point, so have requested a refund. In short: it might seem like a good deal, but don't waste your time.

Item was marked as delivered to outbuilding when I don’t have an outbuilding. I live on a main road and there is no access to my back garden. I came home from work at 5pm, and found the item I had spent £179.99 on was no where to be seen. Reported this issue to ManoMano, who then replied to me at 3am in the morning, apologising and asked me to confirm my address which I did. I then got a reply saying to check with my neighbour. I replied back, informing that my neighbour is severely disabled and receiving palliative care. I also replied as the item was so expensive that I would hoped it would’ve been sent with a proof of delivery, and had there been any signature required upon receipt. As I have lost my trust with my first order from ManoMano not being delivered, I requested a refund. That reply was sent at 8:54 this morning. It is now 18:24 and I have had no reply and no refund. Avoid them as it appears I have been conned out of £179.99 on a cage I was relying on receiving for my pets. I’ve had to go out and spend another £200 as the cage was needed desperately.
Poor customer service that keeps your money without receipt of items!!!

I bought a Greencut brushcutter from ManoMano. After about 5 short missions, during which it worked well, it started going out after a few minutes. Even after it was then restarted, it went off again without any obvios reason like e.g. fuel empty.
Then I turned to ManoMano support, described the case and asked for help. I was told by the support agent to make a video showing the problem.
After I made a video, I emailed it to the support agent. After a while she got in touch and wrote that she had not received the video. Since I thought that the video might have been too big for e-mail transfer, I sent it again, this time via wetransfer.com
After I hadn't heard from the support for some weeks again, I sent her another email, this time with a link to youtube, where I had uploaded the video.
I haven't heard from ManoMano anything except of automated mails that asked to rate the ManoMano Service experience. My emails went unanswered. I can prove the email traffic and the fact that I sent the video to ManoMano three times.
I never would have thought that ManoMano would be so unscrupulous and just ignored me and the video.
