This was a good book and fast down load, but, I found it to be to dark and not clear when expand the pic to read the writing on images. my be my computer?

I purchased a BMW Manuel mostly for the torque specs, but when I downloaded it the torque specs where in code so basically the Manuel is no good to me. I looked for a refund without success, they say on there website: Money back guaranteed.
I will never do business with this company again. BEWARE

I was very disappointed. As it was downloaded to my phone. And would not open up. So tried the home pc. No
luck there.
I thought that I was going to get a DVD manual. But no . This digital link failed.
I won't be going back to try it again.
All five credits were used up and expired trying to get it right.

I ordered two manuals for a Honda CR-V the first on 13th of January by mistake the second on the 18th both at a cost of £18-95 which was then taken from my account I am still waiting

The manual is the correct one for the item I requested. Some of the illustrations that are referenced for repair are not eligible. Making it hard to decipher. Would have better if the illustration were clearer.

I was distressed when there was nothing on the confirmation of the order screen.
A few minutes later an email arrived confirming my order including an order number, but no instructions on hue to download the file. Even the following morning there were no instructions regarding downloading. Later in the afternoon the download email link arrived to my great relief.
Smooth sailing from that point on.
2 suggestions;
1. Tell customers that a download link may take up to several hours to arrive, and
2. Tell customers you will not charge their credit card until they have downloaded the 1st iteration.
I was ready to cancel my credit card when you processed the charge almost immediately after I made the order, snd no download link appeared. I thought “No download link, and my card was charged. this is s scam. Now I have to cancel my card, and what a pain that will be! 19 hours after placing the order the download link arrived in my email.

I was slightly disappointed at 14 pages, but otherwise had a good experience.

Fast and easy download. Not sure why it always opens to a web page and not in adobe, but so far so good.

Manual is good but doesn’t really cover everything some for earlier years and some for later years
Needs a little cover work to complete for sure
Delivery was fast

Wrong manual was provided.

I saved $600 by changing the spark plugs on my vehicle myself. It was an enjoyable experience and I was able to do it confidently thanks to the thorough instructions in this manual.

I had a hard time finding a nice pdf service manual (529 pages) for my buds ATV.
I got this one and it's just perfect. Everything he wanted to know about his 2004 Rincon is in there. Also, they let you have five download copies so you can put it on your phones and your computer, maybe laptop etc. All told, it was Relatively easy to get on my desktop too.
