Buyer Beware-company does not follow their cancellation policy-received tampered seal-cheap plastic jug

Update: They refused to cancel this although I canceled multiple times and then sent no return label, apparently so they can profit off return. Was not able to mark "refused" since there was no return address or label.
Opened box today before throwing it in garbage, cheap plastic, plastic seal has been broken--someone has opened it; the jar seal is immovable-looks like someone opened it and then glued it back down.
Will be filing US and Int'l health trade complaints.
Nightmare company. Absolute nightmare.
