This is a scam. My product never arrived, despite over $ 200 AUD being deducted from my account—no response from the company.

Unfortunately, the website is no longer monitored. Made a purchase but had to request a refund. Lost over 20USD.

Have bought multiple times with this site, paid by card and always received confirmation email of purchase/tracking number and product arrived after 1 month.

This time I made a purchase over 1.5 months ago but used BTC, got no confirmation of the sale (though did get email confirmation through coinpayments.net that the transaction was completed). BTC Blockchain confirms that the money was received and withdrawn from their wallet.

Emailed them and got no response, disappointing but will update if the product does arrive.

Scammed out of $162

The first batch of 2 Mapacho maso rolls I received was excellent. The second batch was mouldy and had to be thrown away.

No response via email or messenger.

It looks al fine. But you can't contact them because the e-mail adresses on the website are not correct! But after 6 weeks or so my order arrived. But my second order went totally wrong with the order. The money is from my bank account but I got no order confirmation and no contact is possible at all. So I it feels not okay.............. because no contact is possible, strange.

The only Mapacho store that i ordered from to Switzerland and I actually received the package. 2 times.

Beware that the package might say fragrance :) the mapacho is great too. Thank you mapachostore for the work!!!

Thé service is bad i Ve done many order respecting thé law in thé country never 200 unity . And never receve my packet .lost 500€ Many friends also never receve thé pakets we havé call thé post office and try to send mail to mapachostore to sam ! Incompétence ! Irresponsable ! They never respond u ! They never comeback ur money! They sell Tabaco and they dont know thé Spirit of thé Tabaco clarity/ responsability/ truth!
We need boycotter this site web . Please don t buy on this site it s arnac . They dont respect this médecine! And thé Wisdom of thé tradition!

Sent in my order over a month ago and received no confirmation email or shipping information. I tried to contact them now twice but it only shows an error message on the portal through their website. Their chat is useless too. Hopefully my bank will give me back my money 😡

Order placed 12/2/22, It is middle of Feb 2023, no order. Never got a confirmation email. Website contact us for gets "error", one of the emails listed gets a return email that it doesn't exist. Sadly I think it is a scam. How rude! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my father and now it is a $55 debt I'm not sure I will get back. :( Shame on you, mapachostore.com

No orders arriving, no reactions to emails. They just took money and disappeared. So, they are the thieves! Do not order on their web shop.

The customs of my country asked me for a commercial invoice to pay the tax, and I only paid 8 euros, because it was declared with a low price. I lost my first package because customs seized it, it's the risk of buying a mapachito, but my other 4 orders arrived very well

Made an mapacho order 3 months ago and no order has arrived. There is no response to emails, and one of the emails bounces back, and the so called custom support chat, even when it promisses immediate response no one shows up even when browser has been open over 24 h. Don't purchase from this site if you wish getting anything for your money.
