I dropped my vehicle off at Birmingham airport, photos were taken showing there was no damage to the car. Upon return, there was damage caused whilst in their possession but apparently even though the drop off photographs show no missing parts, it must of been faulty.
The head office are a waste of space and certainly do not understand customer service. Their customer services manager clearly missed the training course on how to send e-mails as he refuses to send replies

Quick, simple, good value service.
Quick, simple and efficient parking service. Not the closest to Gatwick but does everything required quickly and without fuss.
Last year my car battery went flat when I initially arrived, before parking in the long term bay. Caused all sorts of problems (as it does on modern cars...) but staff told me to get going and they'd sort it out. Good as their word when I returned it was correctly parked so I was able to get the RAC out to get it going again.

drive in leave the car catch the bus,
Had to wait about 15 is minutes for the bus back which Imo is the same as meet and greet
