Upon arriving at Maple parking we recieved the warmest of greetings. The lady at reception and the bus drivers were so friendly. We had to come back to get a bag that we had left in the car and the staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. Can't recommend them enough.

We have used Maple meet and greet…
We have used Maple meet and greet several times before and I have recommended to friends and family. This time however the return service was shocking. Our flight time changed, not by much, 20 minutes later. No worries I thought our car will be waiting. I rang once we collected our luggage as per instructions. No one answered. I rang again to the person at the other end saying 'What' quite loudly. Told him we were already halfway to collection. He replied 20 minutes. 30 minutes later than called I approached a member of staff and asked if there was a problem. Running late, another 10 to 15 minutes. In total from ringing to our car being delivered to us it took 50 minutes of standing in the cold, through a downpour of rain. Given our flight was 20 minutes later, this was not really acceptable. Never had any kind of issue in all the years using this company .

Normally good but disappointed last…
Normally good but disappointed last time to arrive and find my car blocked in front and back by other cars which took 15 minutes to sort out then when I finally got it out I drove to pick up our cases by the office and was told that I couldn't park there as I was in the way of busses!

We’re sorry to hear that your vehicle was temporarily blocked in on this occasion and appreciate that this caused frustration after your return journey. Unfortunately, during busy periods vehicles may occasionally need to be moved to allow others to exit safely, however our team should always aim to resolve this as quickly as possible.
In relation to stopping outside the office, this area is part of the active shuttle bus turning and parking zone, so unfortunately customers are unable to pull up there for safety and operational reasons. This is to ensure our buses can continue moving safely and avoid congestion within the site.
We do appreciate your comments and are pleased that overall you still found the service good.

Great parking for Heathrow
This is my "go to" parking place for Heathrow. It is outside the ULEZ so I can use my Land Rover for luggage. Staff are always helpful and the bus service to any of the terminals is very good and quick. Simple to book and to use on the day. Good value all round.

Overall
Overall, the service was efficient, and our car was ready upon arrival. However, when we got home, we found a child's gel tucked into the rear passenger side pocket. We do not have children, which suggests someone else may have been sitting in the back of our vehicle. The service was good, but this raised some questions for us.

We would like to reassure you that our drivers have no need to access or sit in the rear of customers’ vehicles during the parking process. Vehicle movements are carried out by authorised staff only, and only the driver seat would be used when moving the vehicle between locations.
However we appreciate why finding an unfamiliar item in the vehicle may have raised questions.
