There is such a thing in Australia as FREEDOM OF SPEECH....not here though....
Units are excellent but management is dreadful. No idea how to give basic service to Residents.
Sold my Unit thankfully. To be rid of Management in my life is indeed a bonus.

Sold on 22-12-2022, still owed $5500 overcharged Admin. $2400.00 marketing when owner [Redlea Pty Ltd] had no marketing input. I had Barry Plant Eltham who sold U2.
Future Units BEWARE.

I would give no stars if able.
Unit 2 sold thankfully.
Two amounts were held on settlement December 2022.
$5500.00 Admin over charge
$2400.00 Marketing over charge.
Still today 23/01/2025 waiting for payment.
No ethics. No honesty from Management although agreeing in writing with over charge of
$5500.00, will not refund.
Don't become involved with Maple Rise Independant Living Retirement Village Management.
Units are great but the rest a real headache.
