ordered porcelain steps from marblemosaics on Monday at 9am, they were in my driveway at 2pm the next day, outstanding service considering I live in north east scotland, will sure use them again

Beautiful product at an exceptionally reasonable price, swiftly delivered, so well packaged it would have been near impossible to damage in transit.

Great value and smooth delivery experience.
The price was excellent, and delivery was prompt. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer the option to select a preferred delivery date during checkout to avoid uncertainty. That said, the delivery company reached out quickly, and the delivery went exactly as described. The delivery person was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience!

We were looking for limestone copes for our garden project, found marble mosaics on Google and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Their customer service is outstanding and they went out their way to help us when our landscapers damaged some of the copes.
Absolute pleasure doing business with a smaller company that goes out their way to help.
Product is absolutely brilliant, delivery was prompt as well. Will absolutely use again and recommend to anyone.

Awful company AVOID at all costs. Purchased a sink from them which was faulty (crumbling) and therefore not fit for purpose. Queried it with the owner and he was rude and aggressive both on the phone and via email. Even went as far as blocking our email address. Very disappointing with what I assumed was a great company, sadly this is not the case! Trading standards have been notified.

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery. I got 600 x 600 white quartz tiles. Came next day on a pallet ( paid more for next day but worth it) well wrapped and each tile had a removable plastic covering. Highly recommend.

I dropped in to the showroom and they were happy to spend some time and give me advice. The tiles were then delivered on my chosen day a couple of days later. All well wrapped and protected. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

Ordered a petrified wooden sink on the Monday, it arrived by Wednesday, really well packaged and it is absolutely stunning, even nicer than on the pics.

I bought a marble countertop sink which arrived super fast. The price was really reasonable and the item was packaged incredibly well to avoid any damage. The quality of the sink was even better than I hoped for. I would recommend. I had no reason to contact the company so cannot comment on their customer service.

I ordered a small river rock boulder basin for my downstairs W.C. I had been looking for something like this for ages but the price was prohibitive with other providers. I chanced upon Marble Mosaics Ltd and was amazed at the price! Was it too good to be true! I read the reviews and decided to order. I was sent the pdf. of those available (you have 3 views and the sizes to enable you to choose) and after much deliberation submitted my first and second choices. The delivery was so quick and when I opened the parcel I was really happy. The basin is exactly as I expected and will look amazing in place once the cloakroom is finished. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use again.
