I bought the discovery set because of the new B87.135. As a fan of your brand, I always try your new releases and already own several of your fragrances. This new one did not disappoint — I can clearly sense echoes of your earlier creations in it, which I truly love!

I’m a parfume lover and to me i don’t think there is somebody else make parfume to this standards

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this brand.

I placed an order for a €200 perfume, which has still not been delivered after more than two weeks. When I contacted customer support, I was told to wait for an investigation by the delivery company that could take until May 5th.

This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, my contract is with the brand, not with the delivery company. Shifting responsibility and asking me to wait for over a month without offering a refund is not a valid or fair solution.

I have been corresponding with one of your representatives since March 31st, who has consistently ignored my requests and failed to address my concerns. My request to cancel the order and receive a refund has been refused without any reasonable explanation.

This level of service is shocking, especially for a niche luxury brand that positions itself as premium. I deliberately chose to purchase directly from the brand instead of buying from a local distributor, expecting a higher standard of service. Instead, I am left without my order, without my money, and without any clear resolution.

At this point, this situation raises serious concerns about the reliability and integrity of your operations.

I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.

Hi there. I was abroad for weekend, and due to a slight delay of parcel I just got it “to my hands”. Wonderful product. And nice surprise by handwritten message mentioning my city, local sights/view in relation to Ganymede. It made my day! It’s a pity that MAB brand rejected onboarding to our luxurious perfumery because I feel our worlds and way of working match perfectly! So I can pleasure at least myself, when not pur clients :) I can’t wait to wear it
