​I am sharing this review because I am a firm believer in providing constructive feedback. While there were some initial hiccups with the delivery, the way this company handles their customers is truly exemplary.
​I recently ordered the Discovery set and requested a DPD drop-off. There was some initial confusion regarding a delivery delay, but the team was excellent in clarifying the timeline. When the parcel arrived, the box had unfortunately been crushed in transit, causing one or two of the vials to leak.
​I contacted customer service and spoke with Benjamin, who was absolutely excellent. Despite it being the holiday period, his response was swift and professional. I was blown away to find that a replacement set is already being sent out. It is clear that while the courier issues were outside of the company's control, they take full responsibility for the customer experience.
​The fragrance itself is completely unique and nothing like I have smelled before: it smells incredible. It truly ticks every box: it is unisex, cruelty free, and does not test on animals. Furthermore, they do not sell in countries that require third-party testing and do not use any animal-based ingredients. I was also pleased to see that the packaging is environmentally friendly and recyclable.
​Each parcel delivered to me has included a personal note from Sonia, which is a really nice touch. She wished me all the best and hoped I would be inspired by the scent Tilia.
​As a former avid user of Creed, I chose to move away from them because they sell in markets that require animal testing. Finding a brand that aligns perfectly with my ethical values while providing such high-quality fragrances is fantastic. I am extremely pleased with the scents and the faultless service provided by Benjamin and Sonia. I look forward to making many more purchases in the future.

I am satisfied with the service and the speed of delivery. The product was very nicely packaged. A personalized card with usage instructions was included — it was a very pleasant touch.

my subjective feelings: B683 is like a grandpa in the bottle- for days when you need a shoulder to lean on. tilia is like a warm hug from a grandma, sweet and soothing. needed few days to let it sink in.

The after sale follow-up is amazing: they tell you when the parcel is depart and when It should be arrived. They add a thank you note in the box and they ask for feedback. My only "bad" feedback is that the samples were unpacked and with no tissue bag for example (not protected) so they dropped when opening the box and they where broken. And i really was looking forward to use one of them. For the test, perfecto.

My experience with Tilia was truly special from start to finish. The handwritten card was such a thoughtful and personal touch, and their response made it all feel even more genuine and warm. It’s rare to come across a team that puts so much care into every detail and creates such a meaningful connection with their clients. I’m genuinely impressed and would highly recommend them.

Overall - what we experienced since now was very good but encelade perfume was half empty and also not working to vaporize!

We love these perfumes. We went to the store in Paris, and William took very good care of us. He is very knowledgeable about the perfumes. We got our favorite, Tilia! We then bought the discovery kit online to take home a bit of everything.

I recently purchased the Tilia perfume, and I’m absolutely in love with it. The fragrance is elegant, long-lasting, and perfectly balanced, not too overpowering, yet noticeable enough to receive compliments throughout the day. It has a fresh and slightly floral character that feels both sophisticated and comforting. Truly a beautiful scent that I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I also want to highlight the excellent delivery service. Everything arrived quickly, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Best best ! My favorite perfume forever

Amazing! Delivery was fast and I’m in love with Ganymede! This otherworldly mineral smell… Gives me the chills everytime. As a surgeon, I really see myself wearing it as a signature fragrance! I really love the samples too. Looking forward to ordering another one of your scents! And the message postcard was really something special. Thank you!

Nice fragrance

I liked the card — it’s very sweet, and it clearly took effort to write it. I also liked that I could choose sample fragrances, because I only knew Ganymede. And of course, I want to say that Ganymede is simply magnificent.

The discovery set collection from Marc Antoine Barrois is honestly amazing to explore—it really helps you figure out what you actually love. Every scent feels unique and different, not something you’d just blindly buy without trying first. And the best part? They genuinely make you feel special, like each fragrance has its own personality and story just for you.

From ordering through processing to delivery, everything functioned very professionally. Tracking the delivery status, delivery in very short time. The presentation of the perfumes, the packaging, the personal touch: very attentive and professional.

The perfumes are of very high quality and unique in fragrance, they last very long.

Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars here, Marco-Antoine Barrois deserves 10 stars.

I stumbled upon Ganymede perfume by chance and immediately fell in love with the scent. I had been searching for a long time for a fragrance that would not only be beautiful, but also distinctive and unique—and this perfume is exactly that. I was captivated not only by the scent itself, but also by its “cosmic” name. I also appreciate the compliments I receive, because it’s a scent that truly stands out. The ordering process itself went smoothly, and delivery from France to Poland was lightning-fast. The perfume was beautifully packaged. A very nice touch was the handwritten personalized message—I appreciate it. Including additional samples of the brand’s other perfumes was a great marketing idea, which will likely lead to more purchases. :) One thing is certain: Ganymede perfumes and the Marc-Antoine Barrois brand will definitely stay with me for a long time.
