I ordered 3 handbags from this website…

I ordered 3 handbags from this website after seeing Amber Davies with one on her Instagram and they looked lovely!!! What I have received is a completely different bag, I wouldn't even pay £1 for the quality of it, it's absolutely awful. I am shocked that celebrities are promoting a website that SCAMS people! Do not order from this company!!!!

Absolutely Awful

Absolutely Awful! Like many other people, I ordered this bag after seeing it on Amber Davies instagram and thought it looked lovely, as it did on the website. Four weeks after ordering it, it finally arrived and it is of poor quality, the handle isn't even attached to the bag, poorly packaged, cheap material and is 3x smaller than what they show on the website. I desperately want to get a refund however I highly doubt I will be able to. Please do not order from this website!!

Extremely disappointed

After I saw Molly Smith's ad for these bags and saw their quality on her Instagram story, I couldn't believe the price drop from 90 to 10 POUNDS! It was too good to be true, but I went for it and ordered 3 bags as a gift for my family for Christmas!!!! I feel so dumb to have fallen for this ****. Shame on you Molly Smith for advertising this fake website without even searching or knowing more about it, just for the sake of having free products!! Don't believe everything you see unless you really do your research. At least that's what I have learned. I didn't even receive the bags yet although it says on their website that they are delivered. As I'm reading all the reviews, I may not want to see them at this point. They do not answer their emails nor check their Instagram messages, they even removed the comment section! Be careful!

So so disappointed..

So so disappointed... when purchased a part of me thought it was too good to be true, a bag down from £90 to £10, but as others have written it was promoted through Amber Davies Instagram where she showed the bag in detail and it looked nice. I don’t know where she got her bag sent from but it definitely wasn’t one of these. I started to panic when I got the tracking number and it said it was coming from China but by this point I had ordered 3 weeks ago.
They arrived this morning and I feel so sorry for anyone who has ever paid full price for these pieces of rubbish. They are NOTHING like advertised. Please save your money and avoid this company at all costs

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered the bags as a gift to my friends for Christmas, as i seen Molly Smith off Love Island promoting them on her story and they looked really nice and good quality. It took almost a month for the items to be delivered although i was told it would be first Class and signed for postage.. When my items eventually arrived i was absolutely gob smacked with the quality of the products, no way where they originally £90.00 to start off with, they are shocking quality and very poorly made as two of my bags i received where actually damaged. I have emailed the company several times to see how i go about returning the products and getting a refund. I have not received a response and am getting ignored, it is disgraceful behaviour from a company, and I would definitely reccomend that you keep away from this site. It is a scam and the pictures on the site are nothing like the items they send out. What a waste of money, I am now £40 down right before Christmas. One word of advice - AVOID.!!!

Absolutely devastated they came today, nothing like the pictures and the material just ripped. They was Christmas presents that I can't give to people now. Could cry that I've been ripped off. Celebrities should be banned from selling for these companies

Poor quality if I could of gave 0 star I would. Can’t even fit my phone in any of the bags I ordered. So disappointing as they look lovely online, looks like a legit website but 100% isn’t, you get better quality from primark. Only reason I ordered as Chloe from geordie shore was promoting the website, so think how many other people have been scammed due to her promoting the website. Such a shame

Absolute CON

Like all the other reviews ! DO NOT BUY! Terrible product, nothing like advertised. Small , plastic and don’t even come with the straps attached! Complete Con. Given them straight to the kids to play dress up with, total waste of money, could have got nicer at Primark.

this a massive scam!!

!!!!!!! I am pretty sure Amber Davis didn’t advertise this product maliciously, but still I’m so angry and pissed off to be fooled this way from celebrities and big companies only for their interests! It’s a MASSIVE SCAM! I have sent a few messages to Amber on her Instagram account with the hope that she might help us get our full refunds. Also because I spent £70 on these bags!! I don’t know if I should report this to the police, or anyone else (don’t know how these things work tbh) I’m in a middle of a break down tbh

I would give 0 if I could

I would give 0 if I could! I waited 2 weeks for the bags I ordered then a day before the expected delivery date i checked the order status to see it had added an extra week. I emailed and they said that my bags would be with me but things were running slow. The second delivery date comes and no sign of the bags, I email again and no response. My order status also now says they’ve been delivered so a third email was sent and no reply. They’ve took my money and I’m still bagless, DO NOT order from this company!! Any influencers that advertised these bags on their stories should be ashamed of themselves for being part of this scam.

Do not buy!

Seriously would give it 0 if I could I saw an ad by Molly Smith on Instagram I thought oh she’s got one so it must be good. I was wrong! The bags are not even leather, one of the bags I bought was coming away! They are so tiny I have a small bag that’s bigger than them and I can’t even send them back because it’ll cost me! Don’t buy it’s a scam! I’d love to get a refund but that’s never gonna happen. Also the bags are from China.

Chloe ferry was promoting this on her…

Chloe ferry was promoting this on her Snapchat never of thought I would of been scammed from this website. So embarrassing as I told some of my mates about the website which they order some of the bags as well. I feel bad they spent their money on something that is a scam. I think if celebrities should read up on things before promoting. Totally unfair!

They should be the ones who give you a refund back!

Again like others purchased a bag through this company after seeing a Instagram post by Amber Davies and I am disgusted with what I was sent and how long it took to arrive after ordering on Black Friday! I have emailed for a full refund!!!!

I wish I could give 0

I wish I could give 0. What an absolute joke! Like other people who have reviewed these products, I too bought them after seeing Amber Davies promoting them. They took 3 weeks to arrive and arrived squished together, I then had to put the bag together myself. They are tiny and made of plastic, absolutely horrific. The website claimed it was £80 and we got a deal by getting 1 for £10. I can guarantee they cost no more than £3 and they are definitely not from Paris. This is an absolute scam and I’m annoyed that so many influencers have promoted these products.
I’ve asked for a refund but by the sounds of other reviews, I won’t be getting my money back.

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. The bags arrived a month after ordering on Black Friday. I purchased through Amber Davies Instagram post where she misled her followers by showing a decent sized and quality hand bag, then directed her followers to the £10 deal on Marceau Paris website. She even had the audacity to say they were an up and coming brand in the UK! Laughable. The bags are tiny, not the size Amber showed in her video so she definitely got sent a completely different bag to promote. The quality is shockingly poor. Flimsy, cheap, from China. Look very tatty and I would never wear them out. Luckily i only bought 2 but I’d feel so conned if I bought more. I’m looking into reporting both the company and the influencers that promote this brand to advertising standards.
