poor quality bags, could not believe the size of these bags when I got them, they are no bigger than a purse, dont be fooled, I also have one with a faulty clasp & cant even open it, would I buy from them again, no, i wouldnt, I doubt I will get a refund either as they dont seem willing to acknowledge an issue, I bought this on the back of katie price , this shouldnt be allowed, they should know what they are selling for these companies

I too got scammed into thinking this was a legit site..i got scammed into the cyber Monday sales and was brought here by chloe ferry's social media ad.. I feel like these celebs should be the ones responsible for vouching for these knock off scammed sites!!! ..i feel embarrassed that I fell victim to this.. Absolutely shameful.. From what iv heard I don't even think I want to recieve the bags.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Anyone who has ordered from here, please report the company to CITIZENS ADVICE @ reporting a scam.
This website is a complete scam, the bags are in disgusting condition and not from Paris as claimed, they are from China. They are ignoring emails, and will not process any refunds.

I brought 3 bags and they took over a month to come and when they did I couldn’t believe it I’d been scammed !!!
They are tiny I mean I could only just fit my lipstick in them and in 3 pieces not even sewn together the Quality is absolutely disgusting not even worth 10p they sell 10 x times better bags in primark I’ve emailed them to return but won’t reply as everyone has said I won’t get my money back so the scammers have won 😡😡😡
I’m going to report them I suggest everyone else does the same

I Ordered 2 handbags for my daughter for Christmas and when they did not turn up I emailed to cancel my order and get a refund. They have totally ignored my request despite repeated attempts. I just keep receiving emails to direct me to how I can track my order or details of how I can return the order if it ever arrives. The emails state that they automated replies, yet each one is different so this is obviously not true. I am now going to try to get my money back from my payment card issuer. Never use this company. I would give this company zero stars if that were possible.

An absolute joke, they're tiny and not fit for purpose.
Came from China, not Paris and cannot even be used by a child, i'd be surprised if i could fit a lipstick in there.
Same as everyone else, emailed for returns address as nothing in the bag it was delivered in and have heard nothing. I messaged on instagram, i did get a response telling me to email them. Which i told them i have. No response. I ordered 3 so down £30, which might not be alot, but when you add all these comments on and how much they have gained through false advertising!!! Disgrace!!!

Orderd 4 bags £40 worth, delayed parcels and now feel like I won't even get them, anyone I can report the site to, aswell as ge tmy money back

I ordered a bag ages ago and every time I check the tracking the date goes further and further back, clearly I won’t get my order and they have zero customer service just never reply. Please don’t use this company!!
UPDATE - now says my order has been delivered!! AVOID!!

Have yet to receive the 5 bags I have purchased as gifts. When I asked for more information on their whereabouts, I was told it was due to Brexit and extra controls at Heathrow, which I know is not the case.
Same as other reviews, I bought these on black Friday deal from a celebrity endorsement. Beyond disappointing.

I am so disappointed, what a joke. This is an excuse for a bag, I bought these bags as a celeb influencer was promoting it on her Instagram story, so thought hey they have to be amazing, literally waited 4 weeks for it to arrive, thought it’s from Paris Yet it came From China, no labels, not even packaged in a box, they're all squashed. I ordered two of the same styles, one in black and one in white, they aren’t even the same in size, quality is a joke, it’s so cheap!

I mean.. same as the other reviews really! Saw as an ad on insta, there were no reviews at the time so I thought eh, how bad can they be, give it a go. 100% not worth it. I ordered on 16th Nov, they arrived 7th Dec. From China, no labels, not even in a box so they're all squashed. One I had to assemble the bow and strap myself (!?) A couple are ok, but not worth the effort just buy from the market! I'd add photos if I could

Update: I'm now trying to get a refund and you have to email like three different email addresses and fill out a form including photos of the handbags. Don't think anything will come from this coz tbf the handbags *look* nice they're just *really* small, flimsy, not leather and the clasps are cheap!

Scam! Zero star is needed for this! Wish I had seen these reviews earlier! I first seen these on a celebs Instagram the bag they advertised was a good size bag looked good, I stupidly orderd 3 for Xmas presents and when they have arrived today they are a joke! Even a Child couldn't use them gutted I have now lost my money that could have been used for something that actually was going to be a correct size bag! Don't buy from this place they shouldn't be allowed to let celebrities promote something when it's not even the right item we receive!

Scam, wrong order, tiny bags not fit for purpose, cheap plastic and refusing refund as not allowed on discounted products - supposedly retailing at £89! Came from China - absolute scam - do not be fooled by professional looking website

Extremely Disappointing, I would rate in the negative if I could!! The website doesn't have a review option and their Instagram page has conveniently turned off the comments section.

I bought 3 bags on the website, which took amost 3 weeks to arrive and the package is shipped from China, not France or the UK as the Website suggests that the product is from. There is no mention of China but it has referenced the following as the opeartor of their website "Marceau Paris LLC 2105 Vista Oeste St Nw Suite E Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120".

The product itself is plastic not leather (as per the website) and it has that cheap plastic smell to it.
I've also noticed the website doesn't give you the size specifications and that's because what you see is certainly not what you get. The bag is so small that it doesn't comfortably fit my mobile in it and it has poor stitching, suggesting it will not last very long.

I am too embarrassed to give these as gifts and it will likely cost more to send them back, than what has been Paid for them.

Lesson learnt you cannot trust online websites, make sure to check their website for any review section and if they don't have one, research them online and check any of their other social platforms.

If I could review 0.. then I would! This is a SCAM!! Do not buy. The website states ‘leather’, it’s in fact plastic. Also worked out the measurements, but when the bag arrived it was TINY! My iPhone won’t even fit in them!!
Took over 3 weeks to be delivered and I am utterly disgusted by what’s arrived.

It’s also not a french brand. All items are shipped from China!

Absolute SCAM avoid at all costs. Received a very small package with 3 bags big enough to hold a match box! Utter disgrace of a company to provide such shabby goods, the website is very misleading. REFUNDED!

It's a scam. Don't buy from them. I also wrote reviews all over their Instagram page and they deleted them. Just don't buy from them at all.
