March and bloom have been fantastic. You get a case handler and their direct dial so you’re not passed around and leaving several messages when trying to get in touch. The transaction is moving very quickly so we are very happy. As a first time buyer I would definitely recommend.

Awful service. First-time buyers and we had almost no contact. Firstly, was told there was an online portal (there isn't). Tried to contact our solicitor multiple times via email with no reply. We had to phone the office and ask the receptionist to ask them to reply to us.

For non-relevant reasons, the sale didn't go through. We contacted our solicitor to tell them but because they didn't check their emails, a few days later we were CC'd into an email with them going ahead with the process.

Awful service. Cheaper than most other places but there's a reason for that.

We sold a house in the Cotswolds, we were buying a flat in London but also moving to Tuscany, all simultaneously! Our solicitors had to deal with March & Bloom Law who were the seller’s solicitors and had an appalling experience. They were uncontactable by phone for 2-weeks nearing completion - didn't answer the phone or emails. We nearly pulled out of the deal because of them and will be writing to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority. We are trying to get our ownership registered with the block management company who can't do anything until ‘a notice of assignment/transfer processed by your solicitors’. The sale eventually went through on 25th July and only today have our solicitors been informed that the completion documents are being sent to them - a day short of 3-weeks post completion and again repeatedly called and emailed them without success. Our seller also repeatedly tried to get through to them, her solicitors, and had enormous problems but had to repeatedly kept trying as we told her the deal was off in 48 hours unless they responded! This was a very unpleasant experience - beware! I really do not believe the 5* reviews and I implore Trust Pilot to investigate as it is totally misleading.

I used M&B Law for a recent property purchase and was assigned Dilshad who was great. She was very patient and competent. I'd use again.
