Had a good experience with March & Bloom. Safwaan was responsive to my queries, explained things I was unsure of, and kept me updated through the process. Was also able to complete earlier than expected.

Not a good experience. Mr Safwan didnt explain to me properly and made process very hard for me and got frustrated few times.

As a first time buyer, this process was daunting and fraught with difficult decisions. Thankfully, Safwaan was a fantastic communicator - clear and professional throughout - and took time to respond to all queries when I was finding the process stressful or confusing. There were admittedly some minor delays through the process due to the complexity of the case, but this was communicated clearly and appropriately, and Safwaan always worked quickly and precisely to move to the next phase of the purchase in an appropriate manner. He was eminently contactable at all times and had an extremely calm disposition when dealing with challenges during the case. March and Bloom were the cheapest firm that seemed trustworthy when I first searched back in April and I'm over-the-moon with the value for money exhibited and extremely glad I went with them. They helped a lot with some niggling enquiry issues during the process, and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I think they're still a relatively small firm, so some email responses were a little delayed occasionally. But their service otherwise was great.

I am beyond frustrated with this service. I have tried calling multiple times, and my calls keep getting declined with no call back or follow-up. There is zero communication, and no one is taking responsibility to update clients on what is going on.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I have already paid for the service, and now I’m stuck – completely ignored and without any clear update.

If you're considering using them, DON’T. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. This experience has been nothing but a nightmare.
