Rude, unhelpful, and ignores customers
I placed an order on the 12th December for a Barbour dog collar which was intended as a Christmas present. My package was never delivered despite tracking information suggesting it had been. After contacting customer service via email, no resolution was made and I was even told that my parcel had been delivered and I just hadn't looked for it properly (quite rude to blame a customer, considering in three previous emails I had explained I had looked around and even asked my neighbours).
I had emailed with David multiple times on the 23rd, asking if a replacement could be sent or if I could just receive a refund so I could by another before Christmas, but he was very unhelpful and refused to acknowledge all concerns I had, before ignoring my emails completely.
I am still waiting for a response (from David) and am also unable to get through to customer service on the phone. This means I still have no package and have not received my money back!
I have had such a poor experience because of their unprofessional customer service and lack of care / refusal to action a response when their service has fallen short. Steer clear!

Ordered the take away Christmas meal and was not disappointed. Every detail was taken care of down to including Christmas napkins & crackers. The food was plentiful and of the highest quality. Only needed to heat up and serve. Took the stress out of the shopping, cooking and cleaning after a big meal. Would highly recommend. Great experience and would happily do it again next year. Well done to the Brae and it's staff you were excellent from start to finish.

As soon as I email customer service, the answers were done very quickly but I didn’t find helpful. I understand mistakes happen but didn’t feel any effort to fix it.
It was a Christmas present which I end up asking for refund and buy other gift.
I didn’t want the refund, I wanted the replacement but 1- they only would let me know if they have the right size when received the parcel back and 2- don’t understand why I couldn’t pay for a next day delivery as was not recommended..?? The address is in Scotland and I’m based in South.
So I ended up asking for refund because I couldn’t take the risk to wait and then they wouldn’t have the size that I ordered and paid for. - why just don’t check ? I wasn’t expecting that they would send it before the other ones arrive.
