Colours May Vary
Scarf is good quality and very soft. No issues with that. My only issue is that the colour is dramatically different from the photo. I ordered the 'natural' coloured scarf which looked khaki/cream to go with a khaki coat and its actually black/cream. Still works but maybe they could improve the names of the colours to be more discriptive.

Fabulous service and product
I e-mailed the company a couple of months ago about a wall plaque with a certain tartan. Within in hours I had a reply stating that it was out of stock but would be getting more in.
A few weeks ago I e-mailed again to check if it was in stock. Again , within hours they had replied saying yes, they had it .
I ordered it and received it within days.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their customer service is second to none in plus the clan plaque is just beautiful.
