Great Customer Service
Bought as a present at Christmas. They were posted out to me so they were received in peak condition and Marches Mushrooms could not have been more helpful. Delicious mushrooms are now being harvested.

I know that your oyster mushroom kit from us did very well, and it's a shame that success didn't find a place in your review! :(
Fresh lionsmane: Overall very good, but shipping problems
Ordered fresh lionsmane for my partner, she was mostly very happy with it but I should note there was a delay during shipping (the (in)famous Evri) and so they were a little past their best when they arrived and a small amount had to be discarded. The box was also pretty battered, to the point where the courier asked me to check the contents weren't damaged, this with fragile having been written on the top.
Overall quality very good, and I feel a little bad docking a point for the shipping company, but it is really worth noting, I think, as Evri don't seem to be able to ship anything properly, so it's information worth having.

That's very generous of you. I was planning to order a lionsmane grow kit from you (as I figured that would be less susceptible to shipping damage). If you would like to send some extra fresh stuff with that, I'm certain my partner would be extremely grateful, and I'd be happy to update the review.
