Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish, one part of the instructions were missing but immediately sent by email when I called.
Air suspension kit was relatively easy to fit. Will be going away in motorhome soon and will enjoy the ride.

Tracking issue
Great product with prompt dispatch, the only criticism I would have is that no tracking number was sent as promised by pre- dispatch communication. Royal Mail attempted to deliver goods, but did not leave a calling card, hence had to ring Marcle Leisure after 2 weeks to see where items were. Items had been at local post office awaiting collection for 10 days, only able to collect them when supplied with the tracking number.

Thanks for your kind review, we apologise for the oversight on our behalf in missing sending you the tracking information, usually with the Royal Mail option we send via 2nd Class which doesn't provide tracking information, however, on this occasion we did send via 2nd Class Signed and Tracked which did provide us with tracking information that was over looked sorry.
