Received two items one completely different from one ordered. Took ten days to arrive. Complained and received polite but unhelpful response after sending many e mails. Second item quality less than expected. Was informed that I would need to pay the fee to return even though wrong item sent. Never use this company again. Also they infer Marco-Marino London in their advertising.

Have never had any issues returning items to clothing companies ever before.

This is a complete scam. You do not get what you ordered and what arrives is of a very poor quality.
I'm currently trying to get their website taken down.

This company is a rip off. We waited for ages for a jumper to arrive and after complaining they sent us the wrong one. Really bad quality

I purchased a jacket for my grandson from this company. When it arrived it was nothing like the one I ordered and was badly made. I contacted the company and they told me to send the item back to them in...... CHINA, TRACKED, And at MY EXPENCE!!!!!!! Please do not order anything from this awful company. You will be very unhappy if you do.

Sadly, I'd ordered before reading the awful reviews so only half expected to even receive my "sweater". When it did arrive I wasn't surprised to see that it in no way resembled a sweater and is, in fact, no more than a poorest of poor quality t-shirt. What a waste of money! This company can never improve, it's a complete scam. It should be taken to court for misleading and false advertising. Caveat emptor!

I do not recommend, the material is very synthetic, the products in the images are very edited, in reality they do not even correspond in size. I am sorry that I ordered, I also waited 8 days after ordering. The sizes and material leave much to be desired.

Make it look like it’s a firm in UK/Europe and now taking ages to deliver a shirt because it’s coming all the way from mainland China!

I wish I had read the other reviews here echoing similar concerns. Now they won’t reply to emails about cancellation and refund either.

Wrong item arrived. No response for return. Please don’t use them. Giving item to charity.
Going to report it to my bank see if they can help.

Avoid, not uk based very bad quality items. Photos are not of the item you receive. Photos are used from google, items do not match colours or the items sent
Avoid your just giving them your money. They will not let me send back for a refund.

Hi, it took over 2 weeks for the jacket to arrive, no where does it say it will take this long. The website states next day shipping and free delivery to UK suggesting they are in the UK but they are in China. When the jacket arrived it was extremely poor quality. They take days to get back to you and expect you to send returns back to China. I raised a chargeback with my credit card company and have received a refund that way. Hope you found this helpful.

I received shirts I ordered. They were poor quality and not a good fit for me.
Trying to organise a return and all they wanted to do was offer discount. Eventually we agreed return. I posted at my cost (to Hong Kong), which I would expect.
The parcel has been in destination customs for 4 weeks. No response to my emails to the company about progress, and no refund so far.
Very poor and I'll be looking much closer at where sellers are located before ordering in the future.

I waiting more then 2 weeks for my order and nobody contacted me!
After i email to then they said they don't have that item ,if i want anything else to order!
Let's see if they give me the money back!

Please do not use this site, it is a scam. My 17 year old son bought a jumper from them. The jumper was very poor quality and too small. I have been trying to return it for a month. Firstly, they asked for a picture of the item - it was just too small. I tried to send them a picture, they have a virus on their email so it bounces back. I have sent over 10 messages on their contact page and you either get please send a photo or keep it and we will give you 10% off. I just want to return. They are obvioulsy using a ChatBot "Mia Klein" as their customer support name - its just all automated responses. Please, please do not use this site.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The product quality is extremely poor—items arrived without labels, with visible stitching flaws, and overall substandard craftsmanship. However, the most frustrating aspect has been the customer service. Despite following their stated returns policy, the process has been unnecessarily difficult and obstructive. I’ve sent over ten emails and still haven’t received a resolution. This experience has been deeply disappointing from start to finish.

Definitely don’t buy.
Item took weeks from China.
No labels whatsoever and jumper so small it wouldn’t fit a child.
No response to refund or exchange. Avoid

Like one other gentleman reviewed, I cancel the order as soon as I noticed it was from hongkong but would not let me . They send the item even though I cancelled the order.
Do Not purchase from this company.
The product received is TOTALLY different from the one ordered. Ordered a thick coat for winter and a thin coat for summer came.

Terrible rip off. Ordered boots, then read reviews, cancelled order within four hours , received AI reply. Cancelled again received reply that cancellations must be made within 24 hours. It had been only 4-5 hours.
Goods sent out from Hong Kong, not London obviously when received , wrong size poor quality ,, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
