I wish I had read this before ordering. TOTAL SCAM , UTTER RUBBISH.

This product is not as advertised. £36 for a shirt that quite literally isn't fit for purpose. The sleeves would fit an oompah oompah and the quality of the material is very poor. Not gonna bother even thinking about returning it as nothing will happen. However might work to clean the car. Do not use this company. Unless you work for willy wonka and don't mind shabby rubbish. Also took 2 weeks for delivery. Steer clear folks

This is a scam. They send you a different product (which is often low quality and not as advertised) and then reply with ‘you can return it at a cost of £25.
They do not care and are unsympathetic to your requests for refund / exchange.
They act oblivious to the fact they have sent the wrong item. I ordered a dark blue linen shirt and received a cheaply made light blue polyester shirt.
Avoid buying from this company - they are based in Homg Kong and do not adhere to their own policies online.

This is a scam.

I received completely different items than what I ordered — extremely low quality, honestly the worst I’ve ever seen. They’re not even worth £1.

It took me weeks of back-and-forth just to get a return address, and now Royal Mail wants £23 to ship the items back to China. Totally unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute joke! I ordered a top for my husband that ONLY took 5 weeks to arrive. It’s not the correct size and still has a security tag attached!!! Wouldn’t bother! I’ve done a charge back on my bank card because customer service is terrible. Avoid!

An absolute joke of a company. I received a completely different item to what I ordered and after nearly two weeks of backwards and forwards emails, they are still refusing to take responsibility. Instead, they expect me to pay expensive shipping back to China just to get my own money back.

Their responses are nothing but copy-and-paste templates, never once acknowledging their mistake. This isn’t customer service — it’s a scam tactic to wear customers down until they give up.

I only wish I had read the other bad reviews before placing my order, as my experience has been exactly the same. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.

Not even worth a star if I am honest !

The trousers are a perfect fit, and the fabric is so soft. They look sleek and feel comfortable all day.

I ordered a linen shirt from Marco Marino and it's genuinely one of the best pieces I own. The fabric feels expensive, very much in that Old Money vibe I was looking for.

Why oh why did I not check Trustpilot when bying something from these scammers.
Got the goods ok hence the 1 star and not zero but the jumper I received was of the worst quality.
Tried to contact them in regards to how to return the item since there is an instruction but no address for returns. They replied once but with a request for me to send a photo of the item. No need to do that since it took 5 seconds to see this was a very poor quality item. The item is as it was when I received it and they for sure know they sell bad stuff. Delay tactics. Since they have not come back again despite repeated messages to them. Please please avoid this company. You live and learn heh…

A scam! I was sent a totally different pair of glasses to the ones I paid for. Marco Marino have ignored this and are refusing to refund me. Avoid like the plague!

Do not buy from this company. It’s a scam. They are a drop shipping scam operating distribution from China. The goods are not anything like that described and shown on the website. Colour and material totally different and the quality is appalling. Impossible to return goods, request postage is paid by the customer to ship to China. Absolutely no chance of a refund. I normally read reviews before ordering from a new retailer but I did not on this occasion. 100% regret ordering from these scammers.

I stupidly ordered a shirt from this company without checking the reviews. I cancelled the order two minutes later and they replied saying I would have a refund in 2-5 days. It’s been over a month and they will not reply to my emails and I have no refund and no shirt. They are thieves.

Scam agent, don't buy any item from this company. Awful experience, item completely different from what ordered. Also stained and damaged and company want you to cover postage. I normally read reviews but just went with website made up reviews. Also company in China

Suckered and completely taken in by this dreadful company, kicking myself for not reading the reviews. Ordered shorts which took a long time to arrive and then were nothing like I ordered, different colour and quality way at variance to their claims. Despite meeting their demands to send them an image of the garment which clearly confirms it as not what was ordered, they still require that I pay the return carriage, which I now discover is to China and will cost circa £17.00. Having read the dreadful reviews I have no confidence that I will receive neither my refund or the carriage. Like many of the reviews I now read, I feel I have been robbed. DO NOT BUY from this deceitful company.

Basically got swindled! Ordered some shoes that arrived late and were completely different and definitely not what I paid for.

They dont respond to emails and expect to return the shoes at my cost.

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order over a month ago, never received it, and they refuse to reply to any of my messages. They happily take your money and then disappear. Do not trust them, they are thieves.

Truly god awful company and very likely a scam. I placed a very large order with them and after no correspondence for AN ENTIRE MONTH I queried this. I was advised that my package was lost in the post and I should check the tracking (which I never received).

I was advised that I could have a refund or have the items sent again. I said I wanted a refund and they ignored this, deciding that I would have the items sent out again, 'free of charge' which is ironic as they weren't sent in the first place. I asked for a refund multiple times during my email exchange and was constantly ignored.

Eventually, I contacted my credit card company with all of the evidence and they agreed to cancel the payment.

Completely unacceptable and incredibly stressful.

Avoid this company at all costs.
