Echo everybody else’s comments. Whatever you do do not order from here. Ordered some trousers to use for a trip to Morocco with plenty of time to spare trousers did not arrive until well after I was in Morocco got back and the trousers were poorly made and didn’t fit me properly contacted them for a refund and have had to wait for over two weeks for them to refund my money each time they email me back they keep on asking more questions around what was wrong with the trousers whether I can send him a picture when all I asked for was a simple email explained returns process to this day. I still haven’t received any information about the address to send it back to. I need to send the trousers to and so I’m stuck with the trousers and they still haven’t sent me the information I need in order to get these trousers sent back to them as I said before whatever you do do not order from this company!!

Poor quality items- if they ever arrive
The item I ordered did arrive but massively too big - nowhere near the size ordered . They insist it's my responsiblity to send them back but that's to China . I'm going to go to Mastercard instead and see if I can get my money back that way

Ordered a shirt and trousers. Item has not arrived and no sign of any delivery either.

I have requested a refund but now they are ignoring me so will have to go through my bank.

Ordered a cashmere sweater for £59 and got a £5 hoddie. Based in china and complete charlatans. I feel like a complete idiot for being taken in by their persuasive website. DO NOT buy from them!

Scam website DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Branded as some luxury, high quality, Italian fashion brand, they actually operate from China.

Any order you make will take about 3 weeks to arrive as its from China and the product you receive wont match the image. Not even in colour or material. It will be some cheap, TEMU style item istead.

If you complain they will ask you to send back the product at your own cost to get your refund.

I ordered a watch they sent me a totally different watch asked for a refund they wouldn’t reply for a week even though they say they will reply within 24 hours. They said I need to send the product back to , I Asked where to and they haven’t replied to me in days again . They’ve stolen £85 for me , terrible place terrible customer service very poor quality products, false advertising total rubbish

I ordered trousers (“Caspian - Old Money Casual Linen Pants”) and a shirt that were advertised as linen. After waiting several weeks, the items finally arrived, and they were nothing like described:

The trousers were corduroy, not linen

The shirt was cheap polyester, not linen

The quality is extremely poor, and the products do not match the pictures or descriptions on their website. This is false advertising and very misleading.

Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has had this experience. I have requested a refund and will be pursuing this with my bank as well.

I strongly advise others to avoid this website.

Awful experience. Basically stole my money. 1 item never arrived, 1 item wasn’t what I ordered.

Avoided all my attempts to return and the email communication was dragged out over months until eventually I gave up. Based on my own experience I would save yourself the hassle. Do not buy from theses con artists.

I ordered from this company not knowing the item will come from china. The order took some time to arrive and when I finally received it the trouser doesn't fit and the quality was utterly appalling. I have ordered a UK size 36 and received a size 29. They didn't include a return label in the package, when I contacted them for a refund they told me as per their policy I have to pay for the International shipping but they've never mentioned such a thing on their website. The International shipping cost as much as the price of the trouser. This is a complete scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Took ages to arrive from China, terrible quality, not even the same shirt in the picture, different colour, fit and material. Supposed to be Linen, definitely not. Returns are available but costs the same amount to return as the shirt cost to buy.

If I could give less of a rating I would! My shirt came and it’s completely horrendous. A supposed linen shirt, what a joke! The quality, no labels, came in what’s only a step up from a supermarket bag and on top of it all, it took about 3 weeks to come! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Awful. Avoid at all costs. Bought a linen shirt and what turned up (6 weeks later) can only be described as a cheap white school shirt.

Ordered 4 items on 14th June in preparation for holiday. Kept contacting them excuse after excuse. Eventually contacted me whilst I was laying on sunbed by the pool on my holiday, saying parcel had been dispatched, now been back home for three weeks. Items arrived yesterday. One item not ordered other three items cheap nasty terribly made. Have emailed for refund so far ignored. One star is not poor enough,would rate them as negative 20+ stars. They should be shut down

Read the reviews before ordering! Then look elsewhere like I wish I had.

Ordered an item that was “shipped next day” that was 3 weeks ago and I still don’t have the item.

The parcel went missing, I asked them to cancel - they refused.

I asked for a refund and not to send a replacement - they refused.

They keep asking me to refer to their Terms and Conditions which are illegal and in breach online sales conditions, I have a claim in with my bank who has agreed they are in error. I have reached out to trading standards, the financial ombudsman and a legal team.

Company falsely advertised product. Sent a cheap imitation product. Refusing to agree to pay return postage or comply with UK consumer rights legislation. Based in Hong Kong. Would never use again.

False advertising, I cancelled order immediately after ordering when realised it comes from China, recieved a bot message from Anna saying someone will be in touch about my cancellation and refund. 1 week later heard nothing. Recieved an email saying it's been despatched from China. To return the item will be more than the shirt cost it's self and no guarantee to reach them in the 30 days. Avoid, do not order from these. Comments here say quality is also poor. I will start a charge back claim today. False advertising is illegal.

All items are shipped directly from China with no warning of any delays.

Do not buy from this company. It is a fraudulent setup. Clothing comes direct from China and is of very poor quality, not made from the stated materials, does not match adverts, and is completely misleading in every aspect. They refuse to refund and simply ignore you. The site uses fake Trustpilot reviews. I am having to run a chargeback through my bank.

Don't get ripped off. Avoid this rubbish.
