Total scam do not use !!!! Order never arrived and they will not issue a refund, sounds like it’s all shipped from China

Do not be fooled by the branding, this is not “luxury Italian linen,” it’s cheap, low-quality Chinese polyester passed off as something premium. The item I received was nothing like the description or photos: the fabric was scratchy, the fit was comically small (classic of poorly-sized fast fashion imports), and the overall quality was shockingly bad.

Customer service? Laughable. Clearly AI generated copy and paste responses that directly contradict their own website’s terms and conditions. Zero accountability, zero help.

It’s an overpriced scam, plain and simple. Misleading advertising, trash quality, and a total waste of money. If you’re considering buying, don’t. Burn your cash instead, at least you’ll stay warm.

This website pretends to be some Italian fashion outlet when in reality it is a e-shop that sells super cheap Chinese clothes at premium prices. The product is shipped from China in horrible packaging with labels in Chinese which have no information what the product is made of.

Do not order from this website. It is a scam.
They claim to be some boutique in Tuscany selling quality clothing. But when the absolutely horrendous quality items turn up you will notice it is from china.

I ordered what claimed to be a linen set. It was not linen, it wasn’t the right colour, it stunk of glue from the factory and the sizings were all over the place.

When I contacted them for a refund they ignored me.

Poor quality looked legit on the website and certainly paid enough for a decent pair of sunglasses £50 got sent a really plastic heavy pair from china taking two weeks to come. They look nothing like the website. Complete con

Size not true to description! Way too small. Customer service bad!! Return cost same price as the shirt!! Scam shop! Store based in China.

Would give a 0 star if possible - Don't buy from these scammers.

Ordered some trousers, received a completely different pair. Asked for details to return for a refund, they said I would have to cover the cost of tracked shipping to china.

I pointed out that Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise not as promised, the seller is responsible for covering the cost of return.

Now having to pursue a chargeback with my bank

AVOID AVOID AVOID Trousers arrived and they are badly made, zip sewn in at an angle, black thread visible on cream trousers and waistband a different colour to the main fabric!! I emailed and asked for a return label as they were faulty. Their return policy say they cover returns in full for faulty goods. However I have been told I need to pay £25 to send back to China, they inspect trousers and if they agree they will then refund!!
I’m not convinced that will happen and it will have cost me £75 in total.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The worse quality products I have ever received in my lifetime. Ordered Large and received what looks like a Childs size piece of clothing. Ordered colour Brown and received Black! FAIL

These mens shirts are a cheap plastic feeling polyester and not linen! Straight into the trash!

Keep well clear of this awful company, ordered a linen shirt and the worst possible polyester shirt eventually arrived. £30 down the drain.

This company operates in a different way to its competitors. Leave well alone, these clowns have no idea of customer service.

There is many class operators but this one doesn’t deserve even a one star rating.

Ordered a shirt which I needed by 18th July so be be safe ordered on 8th July .. . come 19th July still not arrived. How can it take more than 10 days to send a shirt. More chinese rubbish

Do not buy from this website it’s a scam!

Wished I checked reviews before purchasing a linen set from them. It took ages for the parcel to arrive. When it did arrive I only received half the set and the quality of the shirt was so poor.

Then if you want to return item you will have to send to a Chinese address by tracked delivery. So I wouldn’t even bother buying anything from them and go to a more reputable website.

Chinese scam company ,avoid at all costs.

Order two supposedly linen shirts for £30 each. They are polyester with a printed design. Absolute rubbish quality, shipped from China and shoved into small bag. Customer service is non-existent and replies are in German.
