The worst customer service experience
I ordered four pairs of Marco Ferretti shoes in the same size. Three were fine, but the fourth pair – marketed as orthopaedic and very comfortable – was completely wrong, too narrow, too short, and clearly not the correct size.
Under EU consumer law, I have the right to return items without giving any reason. I contacted Marco Ferretti’s customer service at least 10 times, politely asking to return just this one pair. Instead of honoring their legal obligations, they stopped responding and never processed my return.
This is unacceptable. The error was on their side, yet they refuse to take responsibility. Ignoring customers and refusing legal returns is a serious violation of trust.
I will be pursuing legal action and strongly warn others - do not buy from Marco Ferretti. If something goes wrong with your order, you may be left with defective shoes and no support
