It was exciting and thought provoking.

I went to a networking event where Marco Robinson was speaking, and wow, he really stands out. He’s full of energy, loud, and really honest. He shared some sad stories that really hit home, but he did it in a way that made you listen and think. If you ever get a chance to hear him speak, don’t miss it.

What a guy! I Loved listening to Marcos journey. So inspiring and he is living proof that anyone can make something of themselves… all you got to do is believe and take the Action!!

I had a gret pleasure to meet Marco Robinson, amazing energy, amazing story, and amazing inspiration.

When I met Marco we were hundreds of miles apart, over IG, I didn’t think it was real. That moment time stopped. Let me take you back as I was scrolling on Instagram, I saw a story of an individual that was just a regular guy, but he was a hero, and it led me to look further into how was this underdog a superhero and then I saw a young lady who was gifted with a home, this young lady was homeless and sitting across from her was this guy who seemed to have the biggest heart. It didn’t look like he had any expectations from her just to be happy and as I continued journaling into this superhero named Marco, I stumbled across a project he was doing, and he was looking for other superheroes that were real life, underdogs and I thought to myself why not give it a try? I found myself needing to produce a three minute elevator pitch. How in the heck was I gonna fit my life’s ups and downs twist and turns secrets and pains into three darn minutes.? But I did it and that’s how I found myself sitting across for Mr. Marco Robinson how he has extended his love his favor his wisdom into the start over project is amazing. I’m in book 8 and so excited to be a part of this project. The people we get to meet and rub elbows with are all near and dear, now although I’m in California I am witnessing a movement and it feels pretty darn good to be a part of that. If you’re on a fence or you wanna know if you should even try anything that this guy is doing the answer is yes, you will not regret it. Thank you, Marco, for believing in me and trusting me to be a part of your phenomenal vision.

We are three of nine filmmakers who joined Marco Robinson’s “Film Mastermind” program between 2023 and 2024, each paying between £6,000 and £12,000. We were led to believe our films would be developed with the help of an “award-winning Netflix producer.”

Mr. Robinson presented himself as a credited producer on Legacy of Lies and as a “#2 Netflix Producer.” These claims convinced us to sign his contract. We later discovered, including through signed witness statements from the real producers of Legacy of Lies, that these claims were false. His name was removed from IMDb, and no independent third-party evidence has substantiated his involvement in meaningful film production.

Instead of a professional filmmaking program, what we received were unstructured online group classes, recycled sessions, missed meetings, and no access to an industry-standard team. There was no clear pathway to film production.

When we challenged this, refunds were refused. As a result, three of us took legal action. In 2025, the Coventry County Court ruled in favour of the claimants in three separate cases, ordering full refunds, interest, and legal fees - over £33,000 combined. These rulings were made on the basis of fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of contract.

This story has since been covered internationally - including by Deadline (Sept 2025), which highlighted Mr. Robinson’s pattern of misleading claims and global trail of defrauded clients.
We are sharing our experience to warn others. Beyond the financial loss, association with Mr. Robinson caused reputational harm in a small industry where credibility matters. Out of nine participants in our Mastermind group, only four pursued legal action - the others accepted partial refunds in exchange for NDAs.

Our review is based on direct experience and is supported by:
* Three County Court Judgments (May & Sept 2025)
* Court transcripts and evidence bundles
* Witness statements from genuine producers
* Media coverage (Deadline, 2025)

We urge anyone considering engaging with Marco Robinson or Undisputed Films Ltd to exercise extreme caution and verify all claims independently.

We are a non-profit and a non-compete to Marco as he claims we are a rival company.

In response to Mr Robinsons reply.

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points, as Mr. Robinson continues to misrepresent the situation.

1. These were civil claims — for fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of contract — and the Coventry County Court ruled in our favour.
Three separate judgments (May & Sept 2025) were issued by the court, awarding over £33,000 in total refunds, interest, and fees. Fraudulent misrepresentation is a civil matter, but it is still a serious legal finding — and it is a matter of public record.

2. There was no NDA.
None of the claimants ever signed a non-disclosure agreement. This repeated claim is false.

3. The non-profit was created after Mr. Robinson stopped communicating and delivering on the paid program.
It was formed to support other creators who had similar experiences and to help them protect their rights. We do not produce films, we do not profit from any projects, and we are not a commercial entity. The claim that we are a “rival film company” is unfounded.

4. No one is “trying to cancel” Mr. Robinson.
We are simply sharing our documented experience — backed by court judgments, legal transcripts, and industry statements — to protect others from being misled in the same way we were. Speaking up about harm is not an attack. It’s accountability.

We will not be drawn into online back-and-forths. The legal record stands, and we encourage anyone reading to review the facts for themselves.

Marco and his team are the real deal. You won’t miss when working along side this well developed team of experts.

I took a leap of faith and answered one of Marco's IG posts to join the SO movement. What it/he promised:
1. Mentorship
2. Access to him personally
3. If chosen, join a series and co-author a #1 best selling book (I was picked - yay me!)
4. Grow your business

Since then, I have been added to numerous WhatsApp groups, joined Skool which is a platform Marco uses, upsold on a few more products (AI Challenge, Marco AI, Create Demand etc).

Yes, it's a bit confusing and disorganized which has left a few of us overwhelmed but I can't say he isn't providing the services he agreed to deliver on. He is energetic (maybe not everyone's cup of tea or maybe you don't even like tea and then that in itself would be problem #1), passionate (I personally love the swearing!) and I am sure that rubs some people the wrong way but hey ... he isn't pizza, he can't make everyone happy.

So, you have to make a decision if this is for you or not. And it could very well NOT be for you, but doesn't mean he isn't delivering, you may just not like how he is delivering the services to you. He shares all his tricks and tips and to be honest, it's quiet transparent because he shows you how he got you to sign up for the SO movement in the first place - I mean ... it worked - we are here!

In the past, he was very accessible and it was a clear sign of how dedicated he was to each and every person who reached out to him but I did wonder myself if he was spreading himself too thin. It is not sustainable for the growth the movement has recently experienced. Marco, recently expressed that he would limit personal engagement over WhatsApp going forward and I can completely understand why. There must be a better way to manage it all while still allowing limited access to him. How many mentors or online personalities give you their direct WhatsApp number? I mean, this alone was a bit mental to me as I knew he would be inundated with barrage of messages. He is the type of person who dives in both feet first and the chips land where they land. Likely a sign of someone who leads with their heart when they should lead with their head. But, we are all learning together.

I am finding my way, navigating through the confusion but never once did I feel unsupported or that I couldn't reach out to someone who genuinely cared. Alex has been my first point of contact for any issue and she is now the client success manager which is such a great addition - something like this is exactly what was needed. Si, who manages the Create Demand is also extremely committed. Marcos's entire team all genuinely want to help - it would be obvious to anyone even if they did not have eyes or ears.

Sometimes, when you are too early in the game - you get to see the inner workings of a young company set out on a mission, figuring it out. It isn't always perfect and it isn't always smooth. There is only one person masterminding the entire operation so it's a lot. I know it will only get better as his team and their roles grow.

So, there you have it. TLDR; Marco and team = AMAZING. System, messaging, approach a bit clunky and disorganized but it's getting better. It may not be for you but not everything in life is.

Marco has put my feet on the road to success after success. He is providing me not only the tools, venues to speak, but he has also a created a community of people who are RISING together towards bigger and better. He isn't perfect, no one is, but he has surrounded himself with a team of people who won't let you fail <3

So easy to use and so thorough in guiding you through the processes you need to elevate your business, the challenge gave us the opportunity to learn and practice the best ways to use it. The fun of having the community to learn with and the opportunity to ask questions at any time (all of them easily accessible) have been a big bonus and the CRM they have introduced is simply amazing.
