Poor quality skis with incorrect info on website
Delivery and customer care was fast and smooth. Ten points to Mardosport for that.
But what it comes about their website information about the product condition, there is much to improve. I bought skis with text ”Perfect condition”. When the skis arrived, I noticed the skis were very much used with lots of tear and thread in them. I ski a lot, but I can’t get my skis that bad shape even in five years. Those skis looked like they were used in rental use for years. I wouldn’t advertise those as ”Perfect condition” skis. When I complained about the condition to Mardosport with pictures, they replied that ”you bought used skis. There is nothing broke and you can use them safely.”
If you sell skis with text ”perfect condition” I would assume those really are in good condition. I wonder how their skis with no advertised ”perfect condition” look like… I wouldn't recommend buying from Mardosport.
