I bought a pair of used Völkl skis that were described as being in good condition. The price was half of what new skis cost, so I assumed they would be in good, used condition. However, the skis were extremely scratched on the top, as if someone had driven over them. The edges had dents and chips, and the bases had deep grooves. I’ve never seen skis in such heavily used condition on anyone.

The condition definitely did not match a price of 50% of new skis. I wouldn’t have bought these skis at any price. I probably wouldn’t have taken them even for free.

The photos of the used skis on the website were not of the skis being sold, but of new ones.

Mardosport responds to emails very quickly. Payment and delivery were smooth. I want to give positive feedback for these aspects.

I had to pay almost 70 euros to return the skis, because cancelling the purchase was only possible if I paid for the courier to send the skis back to Slovakia myself. My mistake turned out to be expensive!

I bought stockli skis and what i got was terrible. It was clearly not as shown on the picture. There is very poor service so clearly this is not a normal operation.

I ordered some ski boots in standard Mondopoint sizing. The boots arrived half a size too big. It just so happens that this was a size I had already bought from them and returned.

When I complained, they refused to accept that the size sent was NOT the size I had ordered, claiming that half a size makes no difference. After several emails, they told me that I could avoid the half-size difference by using insoles (......).

I asked them one last time to please refund me the cost or send correct size. They have not replied.
Poor customer service. Outrageous claims management.

I shop here repeatedly and everything has always arrived as expected. Unfortunately, the last item — Rossignol ski boots — was more worn than it appeared in the photos on the e-shop.

Bought Kastle skis in a very good condition for a good price, will buy again

Super happy! Heavily discounted piste ski with a small damage, which was clear from the photos. Fixed by my local ski shop, and now the skis are like new. Super bargain!

Skis are in condition as on the images and delivery was really fast.

Absolute scam. Apparently everyrhing goes ok id you’re lucky, just like in casino. If not, you and your problems do not exist.

They sell who knows what, if you’re not satisfied and want to cancel the purchase (even at your own shipping cost) you’ll get ZERO reply to any /several emails.

Read reviews from any objective site and you’ll end up stories like this.
I didn’t believe this kind of bs could exist anymore in EU area but indeed it does.

Never buy there! Once you buy they don't respond anymore. I bought ski boots which I wanted to return for a larger size. Even willing to pay the shipping cost but no response. If you send a mail to ask something else they do respond.

I was very nervous buying from this website because of the very bad reviews. I bought some snowboard boots and they look and work just as described I couldnt be happier about my purchase. They are as good as new.

They seem to be nice attractive offers on Mardosport, nl or .be or .de or whatever.
I ordered a pair of used skis ELAN RIPSTICK 96 black. They looked neat in the photos from Mardosport's website. This for 480 euros instead of 960 NP
When they were delivered after 6 days on the way, they apparently had numerous defects. These were not displayed on Mardo's website.
The base was hit by a ski;
On both skis the top layer was missing over a length of 2.5cm
The skis were probably pre-sprayed with WB40 or derivatives to make them appear more presentable and in better condition in the photos.
The skis urgently needed extensive maintenance in terms of edges and sliding surface
When I brought this to Mardosport's attention, I received three suggestions: return at my own expense;
Send it back and exchange it there at your own expense and charge compensation of 30 euros as a third party.
Nice lesson learned: Don't order anything from Mardosport.com or any derivative website and buy somewhere else.
The reviews on their websites are only positive, 4-5 stars, that's not a problem

One star is too much!

I ordered skis for over 600 Euros and I got some completely unusable skis, with deep damage. The communication with the seller was awful, they assumed no responsibility and even threatened me. I will take legal actions against the company to the get the cost back for transport back to them.

Delivery was way much longer than what mardosport promised me, practically I went to vacation without these skies and had to rent there but the reason I am disappointed about is the poor quality of the skies, they were heavy rented before, full of chips and scratches, I hardly could read the numbers on the bindings to adjust for the boot sizes! I paid approx. 140 euro for these rubbish skies ( kids height 135 ) and checking on the web, the new model costs around 180 euro.. I was stupid not to search the web and compare them. My mistake!

Ordered used downhill skis and new ski poles. Was amazed how good the condition of skis was given the price I paid, they were close to new. Arrived on time as promised. Good experience.

I want to leave an extremely negative review. I placed an order that took 18 days to arrive, and it turned out to be completely different from what I ordered. Basically, they scammed me, so I want to let everyone know not to buy anything from these people because they are liars. The straps were white, Burton, super nice, and they sent me black straps, all broken, with no idea what brand they are.One of the straps is even missing a piece. Unfortunately for me, given the situation, I think I’ll have to keep all of this because if I try to return it, they’ll probably keep it and not refund my money either. So I have no choice but to keep it and buy new straps myself. By the way, I bought a full set: snowboard, boots, bindings, and a helmet, plus another pair of boots and another helmet, and I spent 500€

I bought a pair of ski boots which were delivered in great condition, packed properly. The boots were clean and had little use as stated in the add. Fast and easy, I recommend it
