Do not waste your money, especially if you are relying on quality service
I reserved a supreme manicure and pedicure for my Fiancée and her sister the day before our wedding for circa £250. They were approx 6 minutes late (our fault) forgot to finish one of my wife’s nails, no moisturiser, complained they hadn’t got time to do french manicures, was a totally underwhelming experience for them which could have been done in a average place for a fraction of the money. When they challenged them for the service received the staff were basically uninterested. Rudding park where we got married basically jumped to the rescue and refinished my wife’s nails for free saving the day. Don’t waste your money, not worth it and I don’t think they really care. No contact since Saturday to acknowledge our dissatisfaction. Won’t be using again.

We are especially sorry to hear that one of the nails was left unfinished, that the moisturiser was not applied and that your request for a French manicure could not be accommodated. We are also concerned to hear that you did not feel listened to when you raised your concerns with the team. This is not the level of service or attention to detail we expect from our clinics, and your comments will be shared with the relevant clinic team.
Our Supreme Manicure and Supreme Pedicure are designed to provide a luxurious, results driven experience, with our professionally trained therapists using our specialist products and techniques. We are very sorry that the experience did not reflect this on this occasion.
