Needed to identify a few missing parts for a new bike build. Their tech support was spot on as I sent them a picture of the bike frame and they quickly identified the correct parts and shipped them immediately. I have to say I was impressed that I had the parts in two days and they were exactly what I needed.

First bike I ordered online was processed, took my money. Two weeks later I was notified order was cancelled because they were sold out. Still showed available online. Ordered new bike that was one level down, but was $100 more expensive. Bike arrived four days late from the shown delivery date. Seat post clamp lever was loose inside the box and the other three pieces (nut, barrel, and bolt) were missing. Probably due to a large hole in the shipping box. During assembly of the rest of the bike, I found a spoke that was severely bent and loose - needs to be replaced. I got online to contact Marin to replace the missing parts. No way to call them. The only means to report damaged and missing items was an online template for general use. Waiting... I will never order another Marin that is directly shipped from the company.

A few things to mention here…

1. There is no way to contact customer service via phone.
2. I sent an email requesting an update on my order and no one ever replied.
3. My bike did not arrive in the type of box that was mentioned in Marin’s YouTube channel, and the bike had chipped paint on the carbon fiber frame.

For a bike this expensive, I expected a better interaction with the company and a better product.

I love the handle bars. The old ones on my nail trail were well overdue. The quality is great and the shipping was fast.

First off, why do you have at least 40 different dropouts? And Secondly, why is the cost to ship a small lightweight part to my door nearly as much as the part? Rediculous.

Received my new bike on Friday. When I attempted to assemble it, I found that it is missing the bearing cups in the head tube and has three small chips in the frame. I emailed customer service right away and sent in a customer service form first thing Monday. It’s impossible to find a phone number to call and beyond frustrating at the slow response.

My grandson loved the sweatshirt, especially the bear on the back. He’s only 8 so I ordered an XS. It’s big but he’ll grow into it.

I ordered the wrong derailer hanger and customer service took care of that and had the correct one off to me lickety split. Excellent customer service.

Bike arrived quickly and was well packaged! Thank you
