Lovely little shop in Morpeth. Can always find a gift or something for myself when it's needed. Staff are friendly and helpful, always feel happy to ask them things.

The staff in the shop in Whitby were amazing and they ordered my ring to be delivered to skipton. They kept me up to date by telephone. Once the ring arrived in skipton the staff rang me and when I picked it up the lady in the shop was really professional and friendly. The staff in both shops are a credit to your shops, the staff in Whitby were especially attentive

Just a big shout out to Market Cross , we spent a full day trying watches on for my sons 18th , and we finally found a watch he likes , we then asked the shop we were in to price match Market cross and they couldn’t do we went on line a purchase the same watch and a lot of money , it came 6 days later and was amazing , a big thank you

Great range of good value jewellery and very attentive staff willing to perform multiple requests to try different products. They gave sensible advice without being pushy and genuinely appeared to be more interested in finding the right solution for us ahead of making a sale which ultimately made us return to the shop after assessing other retailers in the area.

This company is so professional. They keep in touch from confirming an online order to notice of despatch and ongoing journey to the end. I never hesitate to use this wonderful service and shop.

Purchased a watch using their finance which was an advertised method of paying. I completed the finance application and the purchase went through. I’m then emailed and told I can’t finance the watch because they won’t make enough profit if i pay that way.
So I now have a hard credit search on my history and no watch to show for it.

I order an Edge sculpture. I telephoned ahead to check if had it in stock and spoke to someone. They sent it from one of their stores. The sculpture arrived packaged well and in perfect condition. The sculpture is lovely. This purchase went well and I am happy with the service received.
