Partner saw a watch he loved at the Teesside Park store and due to needing to be stealthy to purchase it for his wedding gift I liaised online with the team. I then picked it up in store (without my partner detecting!) and the team were lovely and helpful as always.
I have used Market Cross for a long time (since my parents bought me a ring there for my 18th many moons ago!). They have always been knowledgeable and supportive if I have needed advice or help with a product!

I recently bought a 19 year old Planet Ocean on-line. The watch is in very good condition for the age and running well. Communication with the on-line team was quick and very helpful, the watch bracelet was resized and the watch dispatched as I had requested.

Great Customer Service at Teeside Park
We recently required a chain repair and ring resizing and took both items to MCJ at Teeside Park. We received excellent service in a timely manner and the results of the repairs carried out were to a high standard and we were delighted. A great buying experience from start to finish.
I recently purchased an Omega from the folk at Market Cross. I dealt with Adam and Ryan who were both fantastic, and answered my questions in a timely and polite manner. This is my second big purchase with them, and it was as seamless as the first time.
The watch I initially wanted was out of stock, but I was assured another could be reserved for me. As soon as it was available I paid and the watch was delivered the very next working day, in superb packaging, and of course in perfect condition.
