Great bag, lighter than expected

CHEAP ZIPPERS! Didn't last a year. Only a 30-day guarantee so STAY AWAY. Backpack was nice at first but won't stand test of time.

I absolutely love the Infinity XL Rain! Its my new favorite bag I've ever had, I have gone through alot of bags throughout the years and this one is honestly the best quality one I've had and I had alot of fun exploring all the different storage compartments. Plus it's very comfortable on the back. Thank you so much for the bag (also, the shipping time was a week early and it shipped from Hong Kong cause they were out of stock in Toronto) The customer support was also amazing and answered all the questions I asked. (I used Facebook Messenger to contact them) Again, love the bag and was totally worth the money.

would have returned the bag, but shipping cost $28. save your money buy from a local store. Maybe the usb port justifies the high cost.

Customer service was outstanding, so impressed by the quality of the bags as well. Way better than expected and really surprised at how quickly I received my order! Highly recommend Mark Ryden Canada and I will be ordering again soon!

long delivery time. bad contact possibility. Reply to emails after a week. Shipping from China. Return possibility catastrophic. Material quality mediocre, USB connections and cabling cheap, poor. No USB-C connection.

My crossbody bag is perfect. I'm glad I went with this one as it is big enough to carry my basic daily needs and has enough space if I decide to add a small item or two while out shopping. I couldn't be more thrilled with the quality and the functionality. The service was great too. Had some questions prior to purchasing and the response was quick and very helpful. Definitely will shop again.

Quality is good, great design and all. But if you want to either exchange or return a product, you have the pay the transport fees. That means that you have to pay back the first shipping cost (even though it says 0$ at checkout) you will end up paying 40$ of shipping cost...100% refund? not even close. I suggest you look for another brand unless you're certain that the product will fit.

Ordered a backpack online. These bags aren’t cheap, over $120 for a backpack is a lot but it seemed to be exactly what I wanted from the photos and description.
When I received the bag, it wasn’t what I was looking for - it was much bigger and boxier than I thought, and just not something I would use, although the quality was good and the design was just like the photos.
I wanted to return the bag, as I didn’t like it and wouldn’t use it. Customer service informed me that, not only do you have to pay return shipping on regular orders, but because the bag I bought was ON SALE (for still over $120!) I could not return it at all!
So now I’m stuck with an expensive bag that I don’t like that I can’t return.
Not impressed, would not buy from this company again.
