I recieved the bag it was smaller then…
I recieved the bag it was smaller then expected. It has thus strange formaldehyde smell. Came from overseas. Truthfully I should have bought a samsonite bag locally a few more dollars n I could have. Overall not as happy with this purchase as I should be.

We are sorry you are not completely happy with your purchase. We do in fact list the sizes and dimensions of each bag on the product pages so you have an idea of the size before you purchase.
Unfortunately the bag you ordered at the time was out of stock at our Canadian warehouse so it was shipped from one of our other fulfilment centres.
I am not sure about the strange smell you got, we have never experienced a formaldehyde odour from our bags. With issues involving any bags contacting us immediately to solve them is best.
We hope you can still enjoy your bag even tho you are not completely happy with the purchase.

An excellent return of service.
I had to travel I needed the bag I was told they would do anything to make sure I got it on time, and that's what happened.
Then I ordered two other computer bags which had difficulty arriving on the precise date but after exchanging follow-up emails, everything went into order even if I had opted to send it quickly I am very satisfied with the follow-up and the product.

Amazing pack
Amazing pack. Just the right size with a well organized compartment for anything I would want to put into it. Keeps everything dry in torrential downpours with easier access than a full on drybag.

This is a Chinese company that is falsely advertising with “Mark Ryder Canada” name. The backpack is made in China, and significantly smaller than the pictures suggest, quality is also lower than expected for this price point.
